The 1-Arm Lateral Hinge is the 4th stage of the Turkish Getup that serves as a key transition movement as you flow from floor to stand. This segment of the exercise strengthens the lateral hips & obliques via side bending & bulletproofs both shoulders. Increase the ROM by progressing from hand to forearm on floor. Do 5-10 reps or 45-90 seconds of work/side.
