You legit just miss the whole point of why BB needed to do that in the first place. Misora was in fact capable of solving the case alone, the problem is that she needs more time to actually do that and BB can't have that bc his challenge or puzzle for L requires him to act on specific times that he had planned it to. BB also had to misdirect Misora a lot of times bc she was so close to actually solving the the lock room puzzle. Yes BB was giving her clues but he was also trying to misdirect her at the same time. It was also stated by BB himself that Misora could've solved the case if she just had more time to actually solve it. Also it's pretty much obvious that L knew from the very beginning what BB was trying to do.
L literally knew the murderer was bb. He wasnt looking for a culprit he already had that he was waiting for the case after BB left wammys. There's no way he could've gotten away with anything. Even if BB won it wouldve been on a technicality. Kinda similar to how L technically beat light in his own head. He just failed to prove it on paper. BB wouldve made an unsolvable case but L technically already knew who did it he just couldnt prove it to anyone else.
The same goes for Light. He could have easily gotten away with a untraceable mass murder weapon but chose to taunt L like a idiot. That's why he dies at the end.
Emotional perception is just telling what emotions people are feeling. So for example, L getting the feeling that Light was faking the whole magazine thing is an emotional perception feat. Management is also mostly keeping yourself calm or inducing emotions onto yourself, so acting like a different person really well isn't really as good of a showcase of EM as L staying calm after knowing his own death was coming.
The last feat doubles as intuition, since logically L had no way of knowing that he was about to die, yet could still tell somehow and then manage his reaction to that information

They're both working with the knowledge of what L had built upon up until his death. If Light wouldn't have become so arrogant and overly trusted Mikami he would have never been caught. L versus B, The Wara Ningo Murders or L.A B.B Murder Cases was avgreat novel.
