    I know what my brain has the harder time doing for me in life, and that is switching from right brain task mode to left brain task mode and vice versa, or heaven forbid, multitasking. It correlates to the exact exercise that my hands have the most difficulty doing, exercise 2. I think this workout is a fine test to see which areas one needs to work on the most (in case life hasn't hammered that lesson home yet.)

      Tip: (Try do this exercise slowly & properly bro...) Once you have control, speed & smoothness will come naturally!!! Just like when we learn cycling & driving bike!!! That's the secret buddy 😊

    Easy peasy lemon squizzy hahaha i think this is a very easy exercise for a ambidextrous person like me who wasn't born like that in fact i made myself like that from 1yr and a half, now I'm a ninja

    Very bad to do while driving, 0/10
    My grandma was driving while an 18 wheel truck was to the left of us, then she started doing this and bumped the indicator and the truck thought we were pulling to the right so it rammed into us because it thought we were going to move but instead it pushed us off the bridge and into the lake and my grandma's seatbelt jammed and she couldn't crawl out of the window while the car sank and she died :(

    Excercise 7: all fingers iam able to rotate as shown but not rung finger without moving middle finger. Is it due to any nerve issue?

    Advanced fingerplays you can do with children age 7 or older. Dont tell them they are from Brain Gym. If you can put little poems or songs to each.

    Thank you for these useful exercises. But didn't anybody explain to you how annoying that kind of music is to a sensitive brain, especially a musician with sensitive ears? That bass thuds like a package of dropped books. It has no resonance. It halts the nervous systems for a second. It is torture.

      yes, our left body muscles are controlled by right brain and right body muscles are controlled by left brain If you are a right handed person only your left brain works more than right By doing these finger exercises using our two hands by giving two different actions to each hand Our brain stimulates & activates well on both sides
