That is extremely impressive. The tool choice is excellent - the only thing I'd do different is go with a removable diamond file instead of the wood saw, but that's just me. The scissors in particular seem *excellent*, and I find scissors to be extremely useful on a multitool, so having them outside accessible is real nice. Thank you for the review, it's very useful.
The shears are not wire cutters. The steel used on them are quite soft. However, one good thing to note about these is that if you damage the scissors, you can undo the "hinge" or nut connecting the 2 sides and sharpen them individually, so technically most edge damage is repairable.
Yes, I understand that they are not meant for metal. I just wanted to give them a super abusive test. If it can cut some wire mesh and still cut paper afterwards, then they are some pretty tough shears., 👍🏻
I Freakn love with this, this is my edc now. If only nextool added an additional blade to be replaced with another model it would seem very interesting
I love that multi tool- The only downfalls I saw, (I have an early model) The blade doesnt have a lock on mine. The scissor area has a press fit aspect, after cutting some thick canvas at work, I popped out that pressfit portion, allowing the scissors to rotate as a unit instead of cutting... it was easy to pop back into place but after that happened it pops out easily now.
@@FittoSurvive I actually bought the new version since your review since I liked the first so much. I am very happy to see the blade lock but the pressfit for the scissors is still there. At the base of the scissors on the multitool side handle- youll see a hole in the multitool holding a dimple in the sheet metal of part of the scissors... thats what rotates on pressure. I will try and put a 4-40 or something in that spot this time around and hopefully this time it lasts me!
@@FittoSurvive Also, another with VERY similar usability... almost better from my experience... Roxon S801S. My only complaint is that it doesnt have a pocket clip.
I would buy this but it has one glaring issue and that is that the screwdriver doesn’t lock. I also think it would be better off ditching the can opener and screwdriver for a locking 1/4 bit driver. If they did that it would be a number one seller instantly.
I like your demonstration of this tool... could you use a standard wire clothes hanger to demonstrate the cutting ability as it would be a better gadge to test all tools with. People use all different solid core wire of so many different thicknesses and metal types, so hard to trust cutting strength.
Some of the tools on this look very similar to the tools on the larger leatherman models. I'd be interested to try swapping them out if possible. At minimum I'd want to swap out the saw for a file. And a bladeless conversion would be rather convenient for me. Maybe even trade the bottle opener for a bit driver.
dear friends, thank you for your recognition, the multitool pliers with big scissors is our outstanding features, it is good at cutting paper, plastic, paracord, I believe it would not let you down.

This is the military tool with a sharp knife and strong saw, perfect pliers. The scisors is a military one, the biggest, the strongest which will save your life. God bless America! Glory to Ukraine!
I would highly recommend getting this tool. For the price of it, it functions amazingly. Zero play in the scissors. The pliers had a bit of play though.

I was quite impressed by the tool myself. I agree, having a removable/replaceable diamond saw would have been super nice.

Awesome! 👍🏻👍🏻
great review helped me decide
Glad to hear that.
I think it also has a glass breaking tip, visible at 5.26 nice video thank you

Cool. It is definitely unique in its design. Not having the lock on the blade is not cool...

That is a great idea to use a "standard" household item to demonstrate the cutting ability.
@@FittoSurvive maybe if you can get a couple different gauge wires, maybe like an 18, 12, 8 or something for a test on tools.

Hmmm... Never thought of modding it, but that might work. 👍🏻👍🏻
Wow great price for such a knife. And I would get it for the scissors that are in it. I am usually not happy with the scissors in my knife.
It really is a good price. And the scissors are fantastic! 😎

I’ve just ordered the Black Knight version
Nice. 👍🏻👍🏻

Hi, does the flagship pro model's blade lock in place just like the saw?
Yes, the blade locks in place with a liner lock.
У вас есть идеи как на такой мультитул вместо стропореза поставить крепление для пилок как на Leatherman Surge?
Это я не знаю. Не разбирал его. 😅
@@FittoSurvive Жаль, я бы хотел посмотреть на ваш вариант переделки.
Those scissors are pretty cool 🔥
They really are. 👍🏻👍🏻

No Philips head?? I was going to get one but how could they not put one of the most used tools on this?
It does have a Philips. It is flatter than you'd expect, but actually works quite well.

It is made in China.

Hmmm.... Strange
Hi Friends, this multitool still be available. Just go and get it.
the model on amazon is a earlier version the tools are not the same
Oh wow, didn't notice that.
Here you go, this is the correct link now. Thanks for catching that. amzn.to/3v7Vlln

my sister has a farm, and i know that she would love it.
Cool. I can see how it would be handy on her farm.
Leatherman, should just buy this design and make it better
LOL Good idea. I love the shears on this knife.
It would not longer be budget friendly if ever Leatherman buys the rights to this design.
For the algorithm 👍
Thanks. 😂👍🏻👍🏻
