if you are not finding this funny, try to understand that comedy is quite a spectrum and as subjective as music. a popular or more conventional comedian will just do jokes - but twisted imaginative narratives or anecdotes are for funny for some people. sam campbell is more of this kind of comic that performs like a great jazz band. the notes or jokes you wish you were hearing instead are in there somewhere - but he's experimenting with odd textures and using the oil from his hair as collage-adhesive. he's an artist.
