I can kind of understand giving a standard bottle a weaker shake, but the G Fuel shakers are built strongly and shake very well so there's no excuse. Not sure why anybody wouldn't give their drinks a thorough shake when it's so easy to do so.
To be fair, G Fuel should include a slip of paper in the tubs telling newbies what the attachment is for. Seems that thousands of people are making this critical error... their partners no less!

The thing is, he streams for 15 hours+ sometimes and just does one shaker for the whole stream, after he drinks water. Also if he doesnt shake it too much there's going to be a leftover on the bottom and sometimes he puts water again to clean it up, but i get your point, in the beginning he just did shots of powder lol, what a madman.

well maltodextrin is basically sugar. it is absorbed and broken down Into glucose at the same rate and affects blood sugar the same. but it's only like 5 grams a serving.

When I first started drinking GFuel I did the same thing. I filled it up to the cap in 12 oz of water. You live and you learn.

My concern is the amount of caffeine. A single serving of GFUEL is 150mg of caffeine. The average person can ingest approximately 400mg of caffeine before overdosing. It looked like he had about 3.5 scoops worth of GFUEL, which would be around 500mg of caffeine. I know everybody’s caffeine tolerance is different, but 500mg of caffeine in one drink is absolute insanity.

We all know his biggest mistake was putting in the powder in before the water. That's probably the biggest crime in g fuel making that you can make. Everyone knows that you gotta put in the powder after the water so you can see it dissolve.
