Enjoyed your video. The card that you added the paper snippets at the end… they are called clusters. You can also add jewelry, charms, dried flowers, and pictures of people.
I found the ads freebie, did not see any older ones though. Just want to say thank you for them as I am new to the journaling world and these help build my stash.
Hello sweet Sharon, I love creating snippets as well. “Beauty on a roll” Love how you created yours. You have a wonderful way of explaining and teaching. I so appreciate you. Thanks so much for sharing ❤❤ hugs and blessings
This is the best explanation/definition of a snippet and snippet roll I have seen so far. If I ever get to the point of teaching about junk journaling, I will reference your video. Thanks!
Wow, wow, wow, I somehow stumbled across your channel when I searched for how to make a snippet roll. Id seen a few on you tube and they intrigued me, so thought Id search for more. Oh my gosh, this is absolutely fabulous. You explained it perfectly and to watch you use paper AND material was super exciting. Ive saved this to a folder because I want to watch it over and over again. I loved seeing you put a paper doll on top of the tag!!! I have a question. HOW DID YOU GET THOSE PAPER DOLLS TO STICK TO A BOOK???!!! Mine are all in a bag and I have to tip them all out to find the one I want. Fantastic video, the best one Ive seen and Ive seen many.. Thankyou so much for sharing this. New Subscriber here x
haha - I love that little book of paper dolls! All I did was take a tiny bit of double-sided tape and put in on the back of the doll and then stuck it into the book (I use this one here: amzn.to/45cz71Z). I hope that helps, and I'm so glad you found me! 🤗
@@MadPaperCrush Thankyou so much for the link. I followed it and found one here in Australia. Cant wait to add my paper dolls. I wish I could click like for every time Ive watched this video. I just love your snippet rolls xx
This is VERY interesting, but I guess I'm just too practical. After the enjoyment of making the snippet rolls, what do you do with them? Still Interested.
I’m so glad you found it interesting! You can use snippet rolls for a lot of things. You can cut them down to make pockets, tags or note cards. You could cut them to the size of a journal page and make a flip. You could make a journal cover with them. You could make a journal bookplate with it. And the great thing is, if you use these types of pieces in one journal, you’ll instantly have matching embellishments!
This is my fav video regarding snippet tolls I've ever watched! Thanks so much for clear explanations🥰
I’m so glad you enjoyed it and found it helpful! Thanks for watching. 😊
Me too!!!!! 🥰

Thanks, Becky! Sometimes my mind goes blank on camera!
Superb tutorial. I make fabric and lace ones and glue them to a spool and don’t cut them up as they stand alone in their own right.🌸🌸🌸
So true! Thanks so much for the feedback!
