You don’t have to stop and hold the brake to turn on the sport mode, I was test driving it today and turned on different gears right as I was going on the highway. Very impressed, it is a powerful car which can compete with other sport cars.
Good Review. 👍🏾 I give Toyota credit. While the Corolla isn't the flashiest or fastest vehicle in the segment. They continue to build a solid reliable vehicle.
Great review my man. I enjoyed watching it. This car looks gorgeous to me and I would buy a 2021 Corolla SE sedan over a 2021 Camry/Civic/Accord/BMW/Audi.
Regarding the CVT, on Corollas equipped with a 2.0 liter, Toyota includes a special "Dynamic Shift" CVT which has a special "launch gear" which works like a real 1st gear. On the 1.8 liter Corollas, they have a traditional CVT. So your SE tester with the 2.0 should have a better launch than the L, LE, and XLE which all have the 1.8 liter.

@@phillipbrown9730 The CVT is excellent too because it has a physical first gear!
Nice review DOR
Thank you Peter and you are the first person I seen on UA-cam to type DOR
I recognize that dealer plate from one of your other videos I think. Looks like they got new tags on it. 😊
Yeah some times they give me a new tag and then I get this tag that seen better days
Rear brake light is led in the rear. Not sure why toyota would cut cost and make the rear turn and reverse incandescent.
Good review, but don’t brake torque cvts. It’s pretty bad for them as the cvt fluid will get extremely hot without circulation
Good review my friend.
Thank you Moe More videos are on the way
@@DriveOnReviews I watch them all. Keep them coming.
Nice shades! 😎
Thanks!
