VN24 (Castrop-Rauxel) - In the early morning around 06:50 a.m. a truck driver was seriously injured when he collided with the trailer train of a 58-year-old Marler on the A2 towards Hanover only a few hundred metres before the Dortmund North-East motorway junction at the end of a traffic jam. The driver's cab was crushed by the force of the impact and the driver was trapped in the leg area. The fire brigade had to free the 52-year-old from Witten from his situation.
