Hello byron, I am mexican and let me tell you, that looks fantastic, please keep doing these kind of recipes, I know some people do not like non traditional recipes, but not me I love them, I think they are great because I know how to cook traditional mexican food but I love to see how people from other coountries make their own interpretations of the dishes of my beautiful country and yours are my favorites. I love with all my heart spicy roasted chillies too, we have a very popular dish "Rajas con crema" (roasted green chillies with mexican sour cream) and OMG! it is my favorite dish, so simple but so good....

Background music is pleasant (as always). Love the tip about adding seasoned oil to tortillas and then you BAKED the tortillas. Brilliant. It's going to get warm soon so we will need "no oven" recipes. Stove top ok😊

I love how you have your own garden! I have one too. I have carrots, peas, mint, lettuce, cilantro, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and spinach. I also have a river near my house where I get fresh fish, which is amazing. Nothing beats trout or salmon fresh from the river and a salad of fresh greens, eh?

Sharp, clean cut edges, good focus and on a side note your wardrobe is the perfect match to your video styles - classy but not attention-diverting away from the main focus.

Y muy saludable horneados los tacos en vez de fritos! Somehow the soft tacos we have up here on the central plateau just don't cut it compared to crispy, filled with scrambled egg and fried taters and topped off with a spicy hot 'rooster's beak'! :D
Joe Serrano O actually like the idea of the crunchy shell. Back in Mexico we used to put a tortillas on a comal and let it toast, and sometimes we’d spread pork lard on it. Haha!!!

I have to say I was a bit weirded out by the fact that you take the seeds out of the tomato in Pico de Gallo, usually we don't do that in Mexico but it does look prettier. Another tip, if you do cook those potatos in tomato sauce you will get a very traditional breakfast dish that you usually eat in tacos and gorditas (usually for breakfast) on top of that you can also add some green pepper and chorizo to make it super authentic! PD, you can also do that with the eggs and red/green salsa, they are amazing!
