@@TheRugbyTrainerTV Sam is absolute class so maybe I’m biased on this vid haha. There was a good balance between talking about the exercises and actually doing them, which made the video flow nicely. Also like how you didn’t interrupt him and try to make it about yourself as a lot of social media personalities do. Great vid, keep it up 👍
