Oh my gosh, this is so similar to the way I brainstorm all of my books, too! I have a video slated for later this year that goes into my process and it's so crazy how similar it is. I love this. I have played around with using images to inspire me to write in the past and I always get Ideas when listening to music, but I have never thought to combine the two to help me when I am writing the story. Im definitely going to try this😊

I'm not currently working on a novel, but I did start writing again after a verrry long hiatus last year. It was just fanfic in highschool & early college, (2014!) but still. 😂 Your videos have been so inspiring and it's so cool watching your progress. Can't wait to read your books!

yayayay more vlogs!! we love it ❤🩹 my brainstorming process is currently a hot mess lol, considering i just started plotting on the livestream yesterday 😅, but i like using movie soundtracks as my playlists! more so for the writing process itself than for a book playlist like yours, but it definitely helps curate the vibes while i work. i basically pick a movie or two that fit the vibe of my book - for my current project, uncharted and national treasure! - and then find the instrumentals. loving it so far :) good luck with all your plotting in this last week of preptober!!!
