So here I’m making the Matcha Choco Pie, filled with matcha white chocolate ganache whipped cream sandwiched between layers of heavenly soft matcha cake, coated in a super delicious chocolate shell!

Here are the ingredients:
For the fluffy petite cake:
3 eggs
50g sugar
30g oil
40g milk
50g cake flour
6g matcha powder
For the creamy fillings:
200g whipped cream
White Chocolate Ganache:
80g white chocolate
80g whipped cream
8g matcha powder
For the chocolate shell
150g dark chocolate
40g coconut oil
