These peanut butter medjool dates cookies have no flour and they’re refined sugar free. They are sweetened only with medjool dates and made with minimal ingredients.

Ingredients:
1 cup/250g creamy peanut butter
250g/10-12pcs Medjool dates
10ml vanilla extract/paste
1 Large egg
225g chocolates
Toppings (optional)
crushed peanut
chocolate drizzle
Bake at 175c for 9-10min
