omg I love your game board!! 🤩 the glow in the dark is so cool. Vampires of El Norte sounds fab, hope you enjoy it! I loved Isabel Canas' writing in The Hacienda. Oh man, so many wrapped books! Crazy how hard tbr games can go sometimes haha. Have an awesome feb!
Hi SLBN, I hope life is treating you well. I love your TBR board game! I really like the glow-in-the-dark aspect. It’s very cool. So the game done you wrong, huh? Looks like you got some good books. Vampires of El Ortega, No Gods No Monsters and Academy for Liars are all available for hold at my library so I will check them out. Some of my February TBR includes: The Warm Hands of Ghosts, Of Mice and Men, Fyneshade, and In the House In the Dark of the Woods (also the one I most looked forward to; I’m reading it now). Take care and good reading to you!
@@andrewcrow1031 It could have been meaner, I suppose. Haha. It’s just forcing me to read a bunch of books I’ve been putting off but that’s a good thing. I need to read them. Hope you love those books! I looked up ‘In the House in the Dark of the Woods’ and it looks so good! I added it to my TBR. Happy reading! 🖤
A rather gothic heavy month. Interesting that the game kept picking wrapped books, which I've heard of the Frankenstein retelling and I'd like to read it. Bezill sounds very intriguing, that's going on my wishlist. I have Vampires of El Norte on audible, I haven't listened to it yet, but I really enjoyed Cañas' previous book The Hacienda. I've heard good things about The Spite House.
@@edlewisnoctreviews Definitely a gothic heavy month. Should be fun! I definitely thought of you with Bezill because it sounds like a fun gothic read. This will be my first Isabel Canas read. I’ve heard good things about her writing. The Spite House too. I think it’s gonna be a great month! Even if I’m being forced to read books I’ve been putting off. 😂
What book are you most looking forward to reading in February?
Sorrowland by Rivers Solomon, Coup de Grace by Sofia Ajram, and rereading my favorite book of 2024 - The Haunting of Velkwood by Gwendolyn Kiste.
@ Ooohhh…I’m hoping to get to The Haunting of Velkwood too!

You have mastered the art of the TBR game! Looks so fun! I wish I had the discipline to create something similar 😢
Also, LOVE recycled books!
@@ShadysideLibrary Thank you! I am long overdue for a trip to Recycled Books. I used to live 10 minutes from it. Now I’m farther away.
I enjoyed the Vampires of El Norte. I hope you do as well along with your other reads. Have a great month.

I’m curious about the cowboys one.
I’m currently reading The Mist by Stephen King.
