    The whole video was about to be dismissed, but that last workout does look good.
    And we all know his genetics overcame his training style, at least for the back.

    JOHNNIE, HOW ARE U AND I AM JUST WATCHING THE VIDEO OF YOURS AND I ENJOYED IT SO MUCH AND I AMIRE U AND U ARE THE BEST IN THE WORLD. SO CAN RELATE U ON THIS AND U LOOKS A PROFESSIONAL TRAINERS AS WELL. BUT UM ANYWAY I LOVE YOUR WORK IN THE GYM PERHAPS SO SOMETIMES I GET CAUGHT UP WITH THESE GUYS AND THEY ARE LOOKING SO GOOD AND REFRESHING WAKE-UP AND GET READY GO TO THE GYM AND WORK VERY HARD TOO BUT I DON'T WANTED GET BIG LIKE JOHNNIE OR LIKE VICTORY ACTUALLY I WANTED TO BE FEATHERS LIGHT WEIGHT BODYBUILDING AND CUT VERY SMALL WAISTLINE TOO. ALSO I LOVE JOHNNIE BECAUSE HE IS VERY SERIOUSLY WHAT HE DO IN THE GYM AND HE IS NO JOKE AT ALL BUT UM I LOVE THE WAY HE EXPLAINED IN THE VIDEO AND HE TELLS LIKED IS AND HOW TO TRAIN IN THE WEIGHT ROOM AND DUMBBELL TOO. ACTUALLY HE WORKOUT THE WEIGHT FOR HIS BACK WORKOUT TOO AND HIS BACK SO GORGEOUS AND VERY HEALTHY TOO BUT UM I WISH THAT I CAN MEET JOHNNIE ONE DAY IN THE GYM AND TELL HIM THAT I AMIRE HIS WORK AND HIS HOSPITALITY TOO ANYWAY GOD BLESS U ALWAYS AND I LOVE U ALWAYS AS I AM YOUR FANS TOO👊👍✊👌🇺🇸💯🍾🎁
