    Joe Robinson has been around on the national bodybuilding scene but he is stepping up his intensity to get him to that next level. Joe has followed the Branch and Johnnie route and linked up with Destination trainer Kyle Cavnar to make sure the intensity is up and stays up.
    Theres no compromises. No looking back. Same here with getting ready for the Arnold. Feeling good, everything is clicking but can always be better.     People need to learn the difference of intensity and just throwing weight around.
    Dorian Yates trained with intensity, full range of motion, no bouncing the weight.
    These guys are just moving weight from point A, to point B.
    They've never been any different.
    It works for them, so who are we to condemn them?
    Would I recommend following this style, not a chance!

    People don't understand, these two guys know what they are doing. In order to cause maximum stimulation to the muscles they need to lift heavy weights, and for that, maybe the form is not perfect. High level bodybuilders.

    I guess it obviously works for these guys bc they are huge but by watching them do herky jerky half reps and convulse while struggling with weights that are way too heavy to get any sort of contraction I would be lee to believe that is not a healthy way to lift weights!

    I never get anything out of dumbbell rows. no matter how light or heavy I go. Not sure why. But other row movements and machines work.
