      He trains legs 3 times a week. His genetics aren't the best in that area lol but he does well with what he has

      Pi11opantz F I've watched many of his training videos, and he does a lot of upper body work, chest, back, shoulders and all of that. His upper body is one of the best in the business, if I were him, I would be doing legs 4 times a week and cut the upper body training down to twice a week. He should be doing mad leg presses, and squats, not with the bar on his back but specified squat machine presses that target the thighs and hams only that will increase his quad sweep and thicken his upper thigh areas. Most of the time he and Branch are screamin' bouncin' 315lbs and 405 lbs off of their chests lol. He should be workin his legs 75% of the time now.

      4 times a week would be overkill even for someone on juice. Watch his leg vids on Official Mutant TV yt channel. He does leg press and everything else dude, he's a pro and he knows what to do, but unfortunately his past years of slight neglect is effecting his physique(on top of his bad leg genetics).

      Pi11opantz F Been watchin him, and I say what I say because of that. I train in a pure bodybuilders gym and i even hear what some people have said about JOJ and his leg game. He certainly can train 4 days a week on legs, because I have seen some of the pros at my gym do it and I was on a 12 week training program on legs where we were training 4 days a week with various exercises, not all of them dealing specifically with power. I greatly increased their size. I too am the typical older black dude with a big upper body and lagging legs. The answer: You have to train them more and put them under time under tension for longer periods. To recover better, the diet has to be adjusted for this. I personally feel he was not being directed properly in his training over the years and won a lot of shows with reduced competition. If you have ever gone to Bev Francis Powerhouse Gym and see the pros there workin legs, will you know exactly what I'm talking about.

      He works out at the original Metroflex gym and sometimes at Stroud's (which is where I work out) It doesn't get more "pure bodybuilder" than that. He's worked out legs alongside some of the best in the industry including Ronnie Coleman who lifts at Metroflex also. In that leg vid he was talking about laying off everything else and overtraining legs, but its just too late in his career to start doing that lol, sucks. And sorry but as a personal trainer, hitting legs hard 3 times a week instead of 4 would yield more results than 4 times due to your body having more time to recover. But hey things work different for everyone.
