Wow.. looks so beautiful and yummy
I made it and trust me, 1 spoonful of flour definitely wasn't enough! I steamed my platano to keep them from being watery later. For 2 maduros I had to use like a half cup of flour to bind it. It was really sticky. I also don't salt the maduros or add salt to the maduros batter.

Do you do 2 spoonfuls of plantains to make the balls or just one spoonful ?
Hi, thank you for your question! I believe in this video i used two tablespoons but u can honestly use as much as you’d like depending if u want to make the balls bigger or smaller. The size i made for the video is a great appetizer size, smaller balls are perfect for a party when u have a lot of guests to entertain. Dont be afraid to go big either, makes a great lunch too 😃 THANKS FOR WATCHING!
