Hello Wes! We really appreciate the informative and honest review. Thank you for your ongoing support of our brand! And I will report your advice to the R&D department. 🙌🙌
I have one of those. Is is very well constructed, the recording function is great, but the trasmiter is not relable. Keeps cuting the audio like in this video. I can´t trust it. The gain control is not good eather. You should improve on that. Hollyland has better conection.
Hi everyone! I got this mic today and I tested already. Work fine!!! I did my job 40 meters away from the camera, facing away, behind some objects, etc. I made 25 minutes video and signal was rock solid during this time. I living in green area far from villages, so it has no interference at all it's true. Anyway, I like this product so far after the first day/first tests.
The internal recording is the most valuable feature for me, I got this model looking this, audio backup, and the possibility to use it like two recorders that send the sound to camera
It's entirely possible. But as I mentioned in the video, being able to deal with other signals and interference is a Huge part of having a solid signal. Nothing ever seems to interfere with the SmallRig's signal (I've tested it against a few competitors now), so obviously it has a much more intelligent/capable radio system. There hardly any other interference here, I live in a Very dead area when it comes to wifi signals, so if it can't find its way around One device, just imagine how it would work in a crowded apartment building or something. Eek.

maybe the smallrig 2.4ghz signal might be interfering with the dw30s🤔IMO

Hey, nice review nice work. Thank you
omg... I love this song😳
Always good review
How would you compare this to the Comica Vimo C3?
I’m afraid I don’t have the comica to compare.
i am still considering buying 7ryms or saramonic b500 pro.. please give me some advice.thanks you
uhhh, get the Godox Movelink ii or the Smallrig Forevala instead 👀
Unless you absolutely need internal recording.
@@WesPerry how about 7ryms iray dw20? Thanks
It’s basically the same as the 30, but with less features.
why do you recommend godox movelink ii or smallrig? Is it because the recording quality is better? or something else. thankyou
Can you trust aliexpress
I can’t say I’ve ever had an issue. Just takes some time to arrive. It’s essentially just Amazon, but coming from China.
