Hi Jen, yep $4.79 a dozen for eggs is pretty expensive for you guys, but to put it in context our eggs here are minimum $8.99 a dozen now here in NZ........ $1.00NZD = $1.63 USD!!!!!

We are not a Super Bowl family. I normally work that day (I did) and my son and hubby watched some other tv. I came home with pre-cooked meals from my job and that is what we ate. I got my son some chicken tenders with Mac n cheese, chicken parm for hubby and Nashville hot chicken for me.

We were actually in San Diego last weekend on a lovely little vacation so we only caught parts of the game. We went to one of our favorite Italian restaurants in Little Italy and then went for gelato. As we were walking the streets, we could hear all of the cheering going on in the bars and pubs. 😂

Yep!! We did watch game and it was great! We had shrimp cocktail, fruit bowl w/cream cheese dip. pigs in a blanket ( little franks wrapped in crescent rolls) mini pizza bits, fresh veggies w/onion dip....and fresh strawberries & whipped cream....we are from New England and now live in Florida, so we were way out there for this game but enjoyed it very much......love your channel...thanks for sharing❤
Hey Jen just watched your video as this is my first time watching you. Girl y'all are awesome. Love my KC Chiefs team. They had a great season and we're way better in the playoffs and that Superbowl was awesome. My son wanted me to tell you what I made. We had sliders and nachos and of course our KC Chiefs cookies. What a win and love seeing all the Chiefs stuff.

Morning! Watched while drinking my coffee this am. Chilli is our traditional Superbowl meal. I make a toppings bar and cornbread to go with. We also have veggies, chips & dips on the side. When we have friends over, I will also make hot appetizers but that didnt happen people were sick this year. 😊

Definitely watched the Super Bowl I am a big Taylor fan....made tons of appetizers as well....
We had a huge gathering for the Superbowl & so much food. It's one of the few times of the year that I prepare tons of snacks for everyone. We had about 25 people here. Chips, so many dips, pigs in a blanket, homemade strombolis, taco crescent rings, meatballs, veggie & fruit trays, etc. It was so much fun watching the game with everyone.
I picked up an 18 count carton of eggs at Lidl earlier for $2.91. Eggs are definitely going up in price again.
Eggs go up every winter around the world. They are in demand in every corner of the world.

Nice video, I watched the half time, mu husband watched the whole game. He likes both teams, so it was a win win for him.
I made Veggie Pizza, crockpot meatballs ( same recipe as the smokies but used Chili Sauce instead of BBQ) Veggie tray as well as a Charcuterie Board with Summer Sausage and Cheese. Had Brownies Sundaes all lined up but no one wanted them so We just ate Those throughout the week. Your spread looked pretty tasty too!
It was just me and my husband, our two tiny kids and his parents. Had tacos, plus brownie dip with pretzels teddy grahams and cookies. All very yummy and the dessert dip was fun for the party. Toddler approved.

I made some bacon wrapped cream cheese puffs and I marinated some cheese in a homemade vinaigrette! Chips with different kinds of dips as well.

On January 24 in Palo Alto County, Iowa there was a fire that destroyed a building at the egg production and processing plant. I noticed the increase in egg prices the next day in northwest Iowa. The company is Daybreak Foods. I don’t know if that’s the reason the price of eggs went up in your area, though.
Food looks great! We just did wings and chips and queso. I can still get 60 eggs from Walmart for $8.04 here.

I bought Marlow pillows and although they look nice in my opinion they are super uncomfortable, I was too lazy to send back. LOL
I'm in Australia and watched the whole game. Patrick Mahomes is my favourite but the last 10 seconds of overtime just blew me away. I have watched several replays of the game since. Not really a Taylor Swift fan even though she is in Australia playing to her biggest audience of 92,000 people in Melbourne , she was the one to get me into the Chiefs.
Yay, Chiefs!! I absolutely did watch the Superbowl. It was a good game. The winning touchdown was AMAZING. I was whooping and hollering. My sister made pot roast for us. It was delicious!

It's crazy how much eggs have gone up! January 27th is the last time I purchased at Walmart - $4.32 for 18 eggs. (They were $2.20 in December!) February 3rd they were up to $5.84, so we opted to go to Costco and pick up 24 eggs for $4.99. Today Walmart price is $6.47 for 18!!! Costco is still only $4.99 for 24. We bought 3 - 24 packs since my husband eats 3 hard boiled eggs a day for breakfast at work.

Hard core chiefs fans here, repping Rochester, NY, deep in Buffalo Bills territory. My hub has been a fan since he was little. Made calzones, wings, veggie tray and had coookies and cupcakes left from my daughter’s bday, so I didn’t make new desserts. ❤🏈💛
