I no longer work but I think these kind of videos can help working moms see that they can fix good home meals while still working a busy schedule. You are great at steering them in the order they need to start. It can get overwhelming for so me moms and you have a way with explaining it it proves it can e done. Thanks for your wonderful videos and please keep them coming.

I’ve recently made “chicken fingers” from one of the pork lions and the kids devoured them. They typically are not fans of pork dishes outside of 🥓 bacon. The pork fingers were so tender and better than chicken fingers per the kids. That’s a huge win for me. 😊
When my adult grandson was little he called pork that other king of chicken. LOL

With the Cuban sandwiches it definitely helps to spread your condiments from corner to corner of the bread, it really helps every bite of the sandwich to be flavorful.
Hi Jen, if I remember correctly, you have a costco membership. Did you know that they sell and ship boxes of kcups? I don't know how much coffee that you drink, but it might be cheaper than buying boxes. Samsclub has free shipping for plus members. I think the membership is totally worth it. They don't ship refrigerated items of course, but I've gotten most everything else from paper goods, snacks, chips, canned and boxed items. I'm getting so lazy lol.

I am inspired to get and use the little flat, thick noodles. I guess I just never think of them. Everything looked so good. The apple crisp and topping, amazing. Smells good to have anything baking in the oven with cinnamon. Thanks for sharing. Look forward to your next video. Take care.

Yes to a sous vide video! It is definitely an underutilized kitchen tool. We did venison steak and lobster tails in there, so good.
I love our sous vide. My favorite thing to make in it is creme brulee in the small 4 oz mason jars. The smoothest, creamiest texture I've ever had!

I don't know if you have ever tried the turkey sausage patties before but my girls do not care for pork and so I use them all the time for their breakfast sandwiches. As for giving away plastic containers, I am a total scrooge. I purposely keep all of the cottage cheese, sour cream type plastic containers in all sizes and keep them all together in a box under my bed (very limited space in my kitchen) then when I send food home with someone they dont get my good containers, they get the "generic" ones.

I Love making egg salad or tuna salad for my pita bread it's my favorite way to eat pita bread!!! I do eat it with lunch meat like ham , turkey, bologna sandwichs an things like that. But tuna and egg salad are my favorite. TFS Sweetie Hug's 💙🫂🌻🦋🥰
