BONUS: I also wanted to mention that in contrast to Furina making you squishier, Xingqiu gives you a lot of defensive utility (healing & dmg reduction) which makes him a very comfy option to be ran alongside her, or in a different team. Note that when comparing Furina and Xingqiu, keep in mind that one needs a lot of healing, while the other helps you with defensive utility. Xingqiu, Yelan, and Furina are ALL amazing, in case you're wondering :D

We SERIOUSLY need the ability to create and save hot swappable artifact sets in Genshin, it's sort of wild that this hasn't been done yet, it would make utilizing multiple sets for characters easier, and would make switching between characters so much smoother.

It’s not as big of a deal in HI3 since the vast majority of the time the character wants their own stigmata set. It’s crazy that in genshin you can’t save artifact sets though, and even in PGR where it’s similar to HI3 and you don’t need to switch sets much they still wanted to give us QoL.
Hoyo drip feeds QoL and honestly they make too much money to care, much like pc players being stuck with 60 fps for example. At least in HSR they are showing that they’ll listen to some feedback unlike the genshin team.

the biggest strength I found in Furina is her flexibility, not in terms of teams but in how now it becomes easier to play hyper carries of similar supports in abyss at the same time
as the the only thing i enjoy building and playing are hypercarries i 100% back this, furina was a godsent
She is absolutely not flexible, always requires a full team healer, deals no damage and characters from fontane doesn't work with her, never pull for her NEVER

Hey guys, did you know that in terms of exploration, Furina is the most compatible character for Fontaine? Not only she can apply Arkhe of your choice on a low cooldown for puzzles but she can also walk on water indefinitely. Furina is also of the medium female model, this means she’s large enough to be able handle walking and swimming at a decent speed, and with her impressive Base Stats for HP and access to healing, you can tank some hits with her. Due to her water based Salon Solitaire, there’s no doubt in my mind that Furina would be incredibly good at applying wet, so wet that you could easily have elemental reaction for hours without getting blocked by energy needs. She can also learn the talent The Sea Is My Stage, so it’d be incredibly easy to get you in the mood for diving. With her summoned Singer of Many Waters, she can easily recover from fatigue with enough time. No other character comes close to this level of compatibility. Also, fun fact, if you use charge attack, you can make your Furina's clothes turn white. Furina is literally built for Fontaine exploration. Ungodly abilities+high HP pool+exploration talents means it can take overworld combat all day, all terrains and puzzles and still go for more.

Honestly her water walking is more useful outside of fontaine, since going underwater in fontaine is usually just always better. However she makes routing in old areas with water a breeze. Just switch to furina, pull out a pet, and dont worry about drowning. You can easily reach places that are supposed to be difficult/impossible to reach

I am finally playing Jean again. She's my first 5 star and it's so nice to see her on my team again after 3 years.
She is definitely a game changer...Even some characters that are rarely used suddenly become Great

@@rukongai1since Furina buffs everyone, she basically buffed or made more viable the standard banner characters.
Tighnari buffed through hyperbloom use with Furina, some EM Raiden, and Baizhu.
Diluc teams got better. Furina can be solo hydro for Diluc. Bennett still works as a healer if you can heal like 9k+, such as with Maiden Beloved over Noblesse.
Mona can be a pseudo healer by virtue of being catalyst and equipping Maiden Beloved which doesn't affect her burst buff damage.
Dehya buffed through being able to on field burgeon, team damage in vaoe increased, interruption resistance while taking damage helps in comfort for abusing HP changes. Double hydro double pyro dehya teams are strong enough, and Dehya burgeon more satisfying
Jean got huge buffs- using sunfire for forward vape, nuke healing for Furina and a VV, also used in freeze, taser, some hypercarries like with Xiao, and driver for mono hydro
Qiqi buffed through buff on Ocean Hued clam, Qiqi hyperfridge being stronger, also capable driver for such like taser or other teams with purely off fielders.
Keqing got sidegrade so a versatility buff so now she has quickbloom teams where her use with Baizhu got boosted
I can't take it anymore. I'm sick of Furina. I try to play Ayato. My Furina deals more damage. I try to play Mona, Mademoiselle Crabaletta deals more damage. I try to play Cyno my Furina deals more damage. I want to play Yelan Her best team has Furina. I want to play Neuvillette, Jean - they both want Furina. She grabs me by the throat. I fish for her. I bake for her. I give her the Fleuve Pipé. She isn't satisfied. I pull Jade cutter. "I don't need this much crit rate" She tells me. "Give me more field time." She grabs Charlotte and forces her to throw herself off enemies. "You just need to give me more fanfare stacks. I can deal more damage with Splendor and C4." I can't pull for Splendor or cons, I don't have enough primogems. She grabs my credit card. It declines. "Guess this is the prophecized end." She grabs Superintendente Chevalmarine. She says "It's Salon'in time, salon all over them." There is no hint of hydro in her eyes. Nothing but pure, off field hydro damage. What a cruel world
Speaking of healers, with the advent of Furina and her HP manipulation-related buff, I wonder if they'll release more healers onward with team healing. It would be interesting to see an off-field Geo or Electro team-wide healer, though...

@@poonpoon1604 Really hoping Sigewinne has a party wide heal on her skill like Baizhu since so few characters have something like that, and it would help differentiate her healing style from other hydro healers like Babs and Kokofish. There's always the possibility they make her a sub dps with healing capabilities tho given Melusines fascination with destruction and their warped sense of aesthetic beauty. Might even see something similar to Kuki in that her abilities sacrifice health for damage and a net positive heal at the end of the skill/burst. Lots of ways they can make her interesting and synergistic with Furina since healing pairs so well with her. Heard rumors that Sigewinne is going to be 4* tho and that really concerns me since 4* these days are basically C6 or bust when it comes to their support capabilities T_T

@@mothersday1869 I had a sneaking suspicion that they'd do something like that to her, again due to Melusines being kinda scary and the fact that she has a gun lol. Her not being a pure healer sort of makes a bit of sense to me. I like the idea of more chibi dps units since it's basically just Klee and Nahida, to a lesser extent, but if she does end up a dps she's in direct competition against Neuvillette for a team spot which is a really awful spot to be in tbh. If she's off-field dps then she's against Yelan and XQ which is arguably even worse lol.
Her best bet to stay relevant would be to have healing capabilities similar to Baizhu since big heals on skill cast are exclusive to him so far and some consistent party wide healing over time on burst. That could actually make her one of the best units to pair with Furina if her HoT could keep pace with Furina's HP drain, but at this point I'm just coping. I really just want Sigewinne to at least be decent and not constellation locked. I heard Cloud Retainer is supposed to be an anemo healer so maybe HYV are trying to release more healer options specifically tailored to Furina's preferences. Coping that Sigewinne will be one of them.

Crazy how my benched Jean is now my fav flexible healer now and use her everywhere. I love when they do this. You can see the clear Benefit in a char like Jean, Baizhu and others now over others in these comps, and even tho these chars are not new at all, it gives them an entirely new and fresh feeling. Love it.
Furina genuinely feels like the most valuable pull I've done in a while. I already have a ton of characters and am at the point where I pull for fun.
Furina completely changed how I played the game. Crazy how they are still able to achieve that 5 nations in. Super impressed with her kit!
I’ve always been into healer impact as a kokomi fan so seeing the emphasis on healers in the meta instead of just have zhongli shield again is so nice
To be fair zhongli wasn't really ever meta save for a few niche cases where u Need a shielder, it's just that a lot of people love him for comfort so he snuck his way into most team comps
@@EdenVix yea because Meta is overrated, lot of meta team like international is too much pain to use, ofc the rewarding feeling for being able to pull out high difficulty but high DPS rotation is nice, most people prefer Rational for comfort and ease of use despite lower theoretical dps.
This is also why I love Zhongli so much (mostly for anemo boys or hyperbloom Keqing etc). Oh and the fact that his shield shred any def including anemo and dendro make him a great support for niche team on top of comfort
I think 1.X Zhongli is too broken cuz he fit on all team, now you can use him on most team but he is no longer the one size fit all while still being great
No mention of Sayu? Especially with C1 she's a teamwide healer and swirler for 12 seconds, she legit good now. Also wroom.

Love to see the Furina love. Teambuilding with her is great, she has so many teams she works well in. Initially it seemed needing a healer would be restrictive, but turns out a Hydro off-fielder with good personal dps that provides a massive dmg% buff to the entire party and enables MH to the on-fielder is actually very flexible. 😁
I personally believe she's arguably the best character in the game, incredibly busted and flexible support along with tons of damage, I absolutely love her even at C0 :D

At C0 I wouldn’t put her above Bennet, Yelan, Nahida, or Xingqui but I could easily see her being top 10 easily.
she is actually almost the opposite, she isnt flexible at all because you NEED to build around her instead of your main dps.

As that one friend that plays healer more cause no one wants to heal im not scared when a Furina is there like some friends are.
I'd say just as Nahida and dendro made character and team building easier by focusing on elemental mastery. I think furina made hypercarry teams more accessible and less reliant to their signature weapons by allowing them to use Marechaussee.
But it also exposes those with truly skill issue that cannot fathom how to DODGE and play without shielders.
Furina slotted perfectly into my Cyno team. I was running Cyno, Nahida, Xingqiu, and Baizhu, and she is so so good and ups his damage so much even with less hyperbloom procs. Sadly it means she's on fav which tanks her personal damage, but it's worth it
furina the type of character that makes zy0nix a prophet. truly one of the characters of all time
For me, the greatest positive change she brings is the extra flexibility in gearing her team, offering alternative sets and even main stats to choose from. Gear optimization in this game is as cancerous as in any other gacha, so this much help is really valuable
She's just a crazy buffer. My c0 Yelan with favonius warbow deals 8-9k per dice with Xingqiu and now she's dealing 13-15k per dice with Furina. That's just amazing. My Yelan just got a new BiS double hydro partner. ❤

If you do sunfire Jean (still build her full attack for healing, no EM), it applies so much pyro that Furina will not steal vapes or melts either. I can attest to this that when playing her+sunfire with Childe and then with Wriothesley that the teams are effective and fun and can take those units in particular up to the next level.
0:38 if you notice later in the video the talents change from 1-8-8 to 1-9-9 just felt like that was a cool thing to point out.

I wish we could have set character team templates to choose from while still in the main Abyss menu, as well as be able to modify character weapons/artifacts, rather than having to exit the Abyss.
Furina personal dmg and team buff are insane, i have tried many team variations with her in abyss 12 (even freeze qiqi) and it was all an easy first time 9* run

+1 on the neuvillette points you brought up, ive been running Neuvi/Furina/Kazuha/Fischl and have been getting away eith only a Prototype Amber for healing and comfort. Probably the only DPS that can do that though

I like her so much, hopefully we get more weird characters like her that really switch up the focus in team building. She's very fun with Wriothesley, Baizhu makes her comfortable in any team I've tried that works with Dendro if the drain is an issue, him healing everyone on his skill feels so nice against certain enemies.
I'm debating whether to pull Baizhu on my alt account for comfort last minute or wait and hope Sigewinne or some other healer comes that can group heal on a skill. I love Jean with her but relying on bursts can be one of those frustrating things where somehow you immediately get hit by something right after the burst, especially since Jean's burst flips your camera around, they need to remove that, omfg.

Why does everyone forget Barbara? Her elemental skill can heal the entire team with her attacks and she has on demand burst healing.
@@zgrat Because she has a long cooldown on her skill, wets your on field character for a long time which is usually not good for you, and being hydro, the competition is massive for that slot. She's not bad but she just very easily gets overshadowed at this point since she didn't even get to keep the crazy bloom thing she had for a while to stand out.

Furina, Neuvillette, Diona and Kazuha Team is DESTRUCTIVE.
Furina can Get the hp change buff going which Neuvillette Greatly benefits from with Diona applying Healing + shield and Kazuha giving a massive Hydro dmg boost.
I'm just glad to see Noelle, Jean and DPS Qiqi getting recognition due to Furina
Nothing but love for MY Hydro Archon but overall i'm super happy with her versatility because thanks to her, i get to be a bit creative with teams for the abyss, for example, my very strange mono hydro team with Furina, Jean, Xingqiu and Ayato, but it works like a charm!!!

So far i love using Furina and Kokomi as a driver for Taser/Freeze and Yaoyao ( eventhough she is not properly built I am working on her) dendro teams that have no on fielder ( Furina Fischl Yaoyao Venti)
was experimenting w a team that included furina, bennett, jean, baizhu. my oh my was it fun to play. sunfire jean + burgeon reactions with baizhu…im telling u it was so satisfying seeing consistent vapes. team definitely has high energy requirements doe but w the right amount of investment, it works well. i shall call this team, eternal sunfire.
Nilou DPS with Furina & Kokomi + Dendro (I really like DMC or Yao Yao) is actually really really good now too. Only downside is having no resistance to interruption since I dont have Kirara or Baizhu.

17:10 A question about this team - would Furina's Ultimate buff last long enough to cycle through a healer, Eula AND Raiden? I feel like the buff would expire a few seconds after Eula's done being on field.
Thank you for making it clear that she brings so much more fun and versitility to the game rather than just blatantly comparing her to XQ or Yelan and pretend that XQ is the best character in the game like certain someone. Furina did change a lot of stuff, and those changes are what makes the game more fun, which is so much more valuable, at least for people like me. Best character to pull for for ancient players like me imo.

I can always 36* abyss but this abyss was really hard since i don't have a hydro dps like neuvillete but when i got furina i got that one annoying star completed abyss with 36* as usual

Also I like Furina alot, I think she enables a buncha teams and characters, so a great unit for long term and for damage testing.

Alhaitham, Baizhu, and Kuki with Furina has become my new favorite team. It's just so incredibly fun.
She made my physical Rosaria team able to clear abyys again like old times. Also made Eula clear with easy. So I got her c2 lol

But im only noticing around 40%-50% dmg boost at Max fanfare points

Fanfare stacks and maybe diminishing returns already..
Read the skills …..and yeah at c0 only 40-50 dmg buff is possible per rotation….it’s all up to your team and how are you stacking fanfare points

Talent lvl is at 9 tho but I don't think I can get more than 3% boost for 1 lvl difference

This is a trick, when you want to use Furina's burst, make sure all your party members' HP is at 50% or lower, then use the burst and use your heal character to fill your party's HP. 50% × 4 party members = 200 fanfare. this is the easiest way and still use ousia furina mode for sub-dps helping on-field characters.

I don't want to sound like a nerd here, but as a 1.0 version player and already watch so many guides and tips both from meta TC and casual players, if you know.. enemies in the game also has each of their own set of stats.
This set of stats includes the defense and resistance stats and these 2 stats are the ones making it look like you are not getting the character buffs at maximum, but really they are getting it, it's just that the "buffed" dmg got also reduced by the enemies defense and resistance hence receiving lesser dmg
That's why characters with debuffing mechanics are also meta defining, for example VV resistance shred equipped to anemo characters or Zhongli's shield resistance shred or Raiden's defense shred or Lisa/Razor's defense shred now it works the other way around, because them is not buffing the characters dmg per se but debuffing enemies stats so enemies will receive more dmg

The thing that I really like about Furina is that she made Kazuha be a second or so option but not making him weak or anything. She made healers and Fontaine characters shine more while also not powercreeping anyone. And also that Vermillion indirect buff is just💀

I'm just getting back into the game with fontaines release and was looking for pointers on what videos to watch in order to understand combat, teambuilding, and artifacts. I was AR26 in the middle of the liyue archon quests and am now in inazuma at AR36 and wondering if its worth to grind all of these domains for 4 star artifacts and weapons or should i just keep pushing with the random items i have till a higher AR and try farming for artifacts then
hey zy0x, its off topic but i keep wondering of which planar set will suit seele the best nowadays since theres like 4 planar sets for her now with the additon of world 8 (the new one, salsotto, rutilent arena, and space station) some ppl argued that rutilent is better when u cant reach the 160 spd thereshold for the new planar set second level buff, but as we all know seele can buff her own spd everytime she uses her skill (like if u got 134 spd, her spd will be increased to 160+ after u use her skill) so i think its really easy to reach that requirement for the buff with seele and its actually went along rlly well with her lightcone (the 60 spd above 100 dmg bonus buff). so whats your guys opinion?
