Super yummy Egyptian Dish, a must try!!
Ingredients:
1 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tbsp Salt
1 tbsp Chicken Boullion
2 to 3 Chicken Quarters
2 bay leaves
2 Bags of chopped frozen Molokhiya
4 to 6 cloves of minced garlic
2 tbsp Coriander

Im half lebanese and half egyptian obviously im used to lebanese molokhia and its so good the fresh leaves when not frozen i think the egyptian molokhia would be better if it was fredh leaves

My parents are from Egypt and my mother used to make Molokheya the Old-Fashioned way : Pick and dry the leaves , chop them and make the soup and the side dishes.People had time to do it back then , Modern LIfe brings convenience and there's nothing wrong with being practical in the kitchen.As for the thickness , every one has different taste , just add more broth to make it thinner.
