One Pan Beef Kafta (Kofta) Recipe 🥩✨
Treat your family to the rich and savory flavors of this simple Beef Kafta, ideal for a quick, delightful meal.

Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- A pinch of 7 spices
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the ground beef with diced onions and chopped parsley. Season with salt, pepper, cumin, coriander, and a pinch of 7 spices.
2. Form the mixture into medium cylindrical shapes or the shape of your choice.
3. In a hot skillet, heat olive oil and sear the kafta on all sides, flipping until fully cooked.
4. In the same skillet with the flavored oil, add the sliced onions and bell peppers. Sauté until they are tender and slightly caramelized, about 5-7 minutes.
5. Return the kafta to the skillet to warm through with the vegetables for another 2 minutes.
6. Serve over rice or salad for a complete and satisfying meal.

it's looking like 4 bone in, skin on chicken thighs, various herbs and spices (prolly garlic powder, salt, pepper, onion powder and parika), drizzle with a little olive oil and add a bag of frozen veggies. Mix it al together with your hands. Put some lemon slices on top. Pop it in the oven at 400 for 30-40 minutes or until the thickest part of the chicken thigh reaches an internal temperature of 180-190 degrees.. Turn on the broiler for 5 minutes if you like crispy skin. Let it sit for 5 minutes, serve and enjoy!
