Why were they allowed to leave UK prison. That shouldn't have happened. They should serve their sentence where they committed the crime. He was let out in 2 years. They should have served their full terms then been sent back to India to never be allowed to return to UK
I've wondered if it's to compensate for their history of torture 😅. But Australia is similar. It's probably because they're into reform and correction more than punitive retribution.
Because the laws were written a hundred years ago by men who were incredibly out of touch and they weren't concerned with protecting the community from psychopaths.
I've worked with a number of people from India, and they were great people. But I saw two examples that surprised me. First was a young woman who had part of her face gone, she was terrified of men coming near her. The second was a beautiful woman who was always dropped off at work by her husband and picked up. He didn't work nor wanted to. He would hangout with his mates. She finished work at 4:30 pm, I finished at 7 to 8 pm.... guess who was sitting in the dark waiting to be picked up. Then she had to cook 2 days of food, clean the house then sort out the two children and pay him money to do nothing.
I wish I had something cutting to say, but this was so outside my understanding that I have nothing intelligent to say...sob.---XOXO to this unfortunate woman's loved ones.

So he did a hit case on Geeta.. what amazes me they were allowed to go back to India… what kind of judicial system is that murderers get to have their prison sentences transferred to another Country… a very corrupt judicial system too ..
England doesn't allow anybody to have guns, so all the criminals and murderers use machetes. They had that one case where a guy killed a cop with a machete in broad daylight, because the cops don't carry guns. What was the line by Sean Connery in the movie "The Untouchables" ... "Don't bring a knife to a gunfight."?

Why were they allowed into a Western country to begin with ?? It never works, our mindsets are the total opposites.
I love this show! Much sympathy to Geeta’s family. 🙏🏻
I'm loving this channel. ❤❤❤❤❤
Brilliant detective work!
Why are the sentences for
murder so low in the UK?
Just terrible.
When they say life, then 14 years, it means they must serve at least that long before they can even try for parole 😞

I AGREEEE ! And, it's my country...😢

Isn't Liberalism wonderful?
Even if she was having another relationship. Just leave. Murdering someone shouldn't even enter your mind.
Ego is the reason.
❤ Love this channel
Condolences to Family. So very Sorry for your Loss

It's a shame. I saw same. 7 days work, 12 hours daily for mum. Dad didn't like daughter at all.
Great!! Does she have a sister?

What?
I got something...Arranged marriages have the lowest divorce rates!

Who is responsible for releasing these prisoners? 🤯
A psychoanalyst on one of these shows said that psychopaths are granted parole 2.5x more often than others.
So tragic ! RIP Geeta 😢

Seeing that mother talk about her daughter is heartbreaking
What duty does one country have to imprison, and bear the expense, someone convicted in another country? That's ridiculous!
So now the criminals decide where they want to be imprisoned. Great country!
I know in the United States distance from family is factored into where a person is incarcerated.
@@elizabethsohler6516maybe in States but not necessarily in Federal system.
I guess in England, next, they will allow the criminals to determine their own sentences.
@@aspenrebel Fair point.
How could he get out after 2 years?
Horrible. Her life had no value to the court. Her children will suffer always
from the loss of their mother.🙏🏻✝️😢
No offense but on this case that young man gave the detectives a treasure trove of evidence, he gave a gift-wrapped case to prosecuters
Sometimes it’s better to listen to your parents .. Her parents knew this fella is from a scummy bloodline …
Absolutely disgusted 🤮 that this drain effluent did not pay for their crime
And heartbroken for Gina's family 💔
He wouldn't have wanted to change prisons unless he was hating it in the UK. That was stupid to let him go to an Indian prison.
England needs to outlaw all edged weapons right down to butter knives.
Always the same…. The man just cannot take it.
"Trainers"? I had no idea what they were saying. Sneakers!!

Arranged marriages have the lowest divorce rates!
And the murder rates?
Maybe that is because they kill their wives.
@@suemcgregor9248 For real??
What a naive comment
Marriage is the leading cause of Divorce.
