The British Rail Class 807 AT300 (807 002) @ Bradwell-Milton Keynes January 2024

The British Rail Class 807 AT300 a Hitachi Rail built, 10 car electric multiple unit will replace the ageing British Rail Class 221 Super Voyager diesel multiple units operated by Avanti West Coast. Filmed on the 10 & 12 January is the 807 002 traversing the WCML between London Euston and Crewe.

The scenery of the British countryside is always beautiful.
As a Japanese, I am happy to see Japanese-made trains running through such beautiful scenery, but at the same time I regret that I cannot see Britain's own latest rolling stock.
I hope that one day the domestic rail industry in U.K. will show its pride in being the birthplace of railways, and regain the ability to produce its own unique rolling stock again.
