Got this Tresanti adjusting desk from Costo Wholesale and decided to film the unboxing, assembly and positioning. I've been wanting a desk like this for a long time and after doing a good bit of research, you'd be hard-pressed to find a desk like this for this much of a steal! They also have it in black. I purchased this desk today brand new and already assembled for $95! I'm still in shock and very happy.

I am well aware that I displayed almost no patience during the making of this video. I didn't realize how bad it looked until after I posted it. I'm sorry to hear this. If I am to assume you got this from Costco, take it back to them and they will give you another desk or a full refund. It doesn't matter how long it has been!
I can’t put mine together because a cable that I need to plug in is stuck under a piece that I can’t move...

Can you confirm whether enabling the lock function disables the USB power?
This is great question and I'll tell you why...Locking the height position of the desk does not disable the USB power. However, raising or lowering the height does cause the power to cut out for a second or two. This is the one and only quirk this desk has. Other than that, it still works great to this day.
I am not able to find 17 screws required to assemble this and called twin star. They just sent manual without any guidance on where to find/order those screws. They say it’s in back order from them till November. Anyone has any idea what kind of screws I can buy from lowes/Home Depot/online?
I don't know where to find the proper parts for this desk, 3rd party. I would reach out to Costco if that's where you got this desk from. They will make it right. Good luck!
I’ve had my desk a month. I WAS loving it but now have E3 error. It is stuck in “top” position. I’ve disconnected the sensor as was instructed but it hasn’t worked. It now won’t move at all. It’s going back to Costco. I wouldn’t recommend buying this desk; sad to say because it was going great. I just think it should work for more than 30 days.
Sorry to hear about your bad experience with this desk. Ours is still working out well. Just curious, did you get this same model or was it the updated model with wireless charging?

What happens if the motor stops working can you manually make it function? And thank you....
This is a great question but I unfortunately, I don't know the answer. I will definitely find out and give you a solid response.
It looks like the desk won't move if the motor stops working and it will give you an error message.
Easy set up . Lol will take longer to cut up the box to recycle & foam for trash, lol.
Just finished installing this and oddly enough.... there appears to be NO power plug in sight to plug it into an outlet!!! Very odd. Did your power plug come separately in the box or was it already attached to the desk?
Yes, that is odd! The power supply came with the desk. It was inside the box.
Did yours have the wireless charging?
No, it actually has 3 USB charging ports instead. I've examined the current model with wireless charging and the construction seems the same.
How is the desk holding up, planning to get one
Almost 2 years and it's holding up really well. Thanks for asking! Make sure you get it on sale for $200 or $250. Also, it comes in black now.

@@shyamUthaman Yes, if you have the time, I'd wait. I paid $299 before tax for mine and then saw it around the 2018 holiday season for $250. I believe it also dropped to $199 at one point. Also, while the mechanics are the same, they redesigned the desk. It now only has 3 presets but has wireless charging now. It's also curved a bit and comes in black.

I believe the manufacturer's warranty is for one year. However, I do know that Costco will literally take back just about anything you buy from them even years after purchase. Buying from them is sort of like buying from Bed Bath and Beyond. They both have very lenient return policies.
