I actually had the somebody breaking into my car scenario happen to me. I started video recording and placed my phone in my breast pocket (it's tall enough the lense doesn't get covered) like a body cam. Then I put on a smile and asked "you lock yourself out? Dude, that sucks!". This caused him to look at me, agree, and start making up a BS story about how his girlfriend locked the keys in the car. It also allowed me to get a good look at his waste line. After getting good footage of the guy's face and voice, I backed off about 25 feet and called 911. I say "there's a guy trying to break into my car, I got video of his face up close" and he looks up to see me holding a gun. (Finger off the trigger pointed straight down, but out of the holster in case he decided to do something stupid and as a warning in case he tried to assault me to take my phone). The look on his face was priceless. He booked, cops showed up eventually and got a copy of the video and took the mangled coat hanger as evidence. He scratched the crap out of the inside of my passenger door. But it was kind of a beater anyway.
Robert Haring Let’s say you are in a crowd and the guy grabs your kid and is now zigzagging through that crowd and you have no clear shot, so you have to chase him, leaving behind your other kid. Now what?
Hmm let me think... 1) Dude better be in really good shape to be able to outrun me. 2) Dude better be super strong to be able to carry a kid ?(pounds) aaaand outrun me, plus with righteous fire and indignation burning inside me... Naa, he’s gonna get destroyed. I’d be surprised if he made it 50 feet.
You should do a series where you do a “what would you do?” Video and then follow it up the next week with “what would I do?” where you answer all of the “what would you do?” scenarios.

Great stuff! Will have my daughter and her husband over and play one scenario at a time and discuss each. Let me tell you what happens when there is no plan and not including your spouse. True story: I'm sawing logs at 2 am. My wife smacks me awake and says someone's in the house. I grab my shotgun and head for the door of the bedroom to investigate. All of a sudden a light goes on in the living room. My wife is running ahead (out in front)of me in her panties and t-shirt running through the house flipping lights on to see who's broken into the house. 😱Seriously my brain is on fire. So much for a stealthy search, possible ambush of a bad guy, possible self defense shoot of a bad guy. Now I'm looking at possibly shooting my wife in the back of the head, her becoming a hostage or being shot by the intruder. She's a smart person, a RN manager, she handles stress and crisis every day and this really happened all because we didn't have a plan. Thankfully no intruder was there. We have plans now

As to the movie theater one specifically though I've played this one out with the wife before. Around here all of the theaters in my area have a row a little over half way up that's got a concrete ledge in-front of it, usually overtop of the entry way you came in although one is just a divider on the walkway. Take the row behind that, preferably the one over the hallway on the outside edges. This gives you good cover from over half of the room and a quick drop directly into the nearest exit if that's the needed move. There's no perfect option for any of these but I've found that to be the best one for movie theaters if needed.

For the first question, the choice is improve home security. You NEVER want a situation where someone can kick in your door without a LOT of effort. It should take several minutes of determined effort to get in that way. Windows should have bars if possible, but, if not, at least ensure they have metal blinds. Blinds will slow a person down by several seconds as they have to carefully move them to avoid getting entangled. If the blinds also clip at the bottom, that makes them even better. The whole point is to delay the person so that anyone inside has a chance to grab a weapon and get to a safer area.
A knife up against your back in a crowd; do you: A) Moan and say, “Yes, daddy!” B) Say, “Please and thank you l” C) Growl “I’ve been preparing my whole life for this” before turning around with unblinking eyes D) All of the above

So, the answer is always "D" Kidding. Oddly I've experienced several of these examples firsthand. Was a kid when three guys kicked in my house door to rob the place. They were more shocked than we were, because they thought the place was empty. Then the dog escorted them home. I've walked up on someone trying to break into my car. I asked him if he locked his keys in the car, and offered to call someone if he needed help. He pretended that someone was on the way and walked off. I know he saw me get in the car and drive away. In my old neighborhood we often had mentally challenged homeless people who'd walk the streets talking to themselves. Generally, they'd ignore you just like you probably ignore them. But keep an eye out for warning signs. You don't know who they think they're talking to, and I've seen people get hurt In that same bad neighborhood I've seen people running down the street with a fun in the hand, and even may have witnessed a shooting. I kept it to myself. May not have been right, but snitches get stitches.
I like the car story. I’ll have to use that one. We have one of the highest car theft rates in the nation. It’s just a matter of time be fore I run into something like that.
On top of the particulars for each of these specific cases, I try to got about daily life guided by the tried and true general principles: - Where there's more than three (bad guys), I will not be. - Around bad guys, never relax. It might not prevent all episodes of violence, but it does a good job at avoiding about 90% of them. That's it. Nothing fancy. Also the quest for good schools (with as few bad guys as possible) never ends.
Truthfully, if I were to be in a lot of these situations with my family, my first goal is to protect them and get them out of danger. I CCW for mine and my families safety and that's what I will die protecting.
Scenario walking with my girlfriend: I told her if we were ever walking together, and we’re approached by someone aggressive or in that personal zone. Whether it be a robbing, mugging or whether. I said if I tell her to “run or go”, just take off in the safest direction without hesitation and call for help. I would give her enough time to get away, while they likely won’t chase with me there. I would rather one of us (her) get away safely, than both us us staying and getting hurt possibly. What would you do?
Been there, done that. I don’t like being approached with my wife with me. My tolerance & hers is low. If I sense a threat, I won’t let the attacker close the gap. Get too close and I’m demanding a few steps back. If they get an attitude, then their cover is blown and non-lethal or lethal force will be deployed depending upon what they do next.

This reminds me a part in a sci-fi book I read when I was young called the "Golden Queen" the main character is getting a kitten from an old lady and of all the kittens she recommends the one that is pretend stalking and pouncing on invisible prey, because as she puts it: Its practicing for life, right now in its mind. I've always remembered that and I continue to formulate scenarios myself. Disclaimer, I may not have the quote exactly right..

I have always had these scenarios going in my mind even when I was around 6 yrs old. I believe the good LORD wires certain people this way. I will watch some of the Active Self Protection videos to see real life scenarios and think, "how can I avoid this situation, or how can I prepare for such a situation, or what would I do?" I have even taught classes on personal situational awareness to women of all ages. In doing so I have done a ton of research on the cycle of violence. Don't rely on just yourself, "how would I react" because you have never been in such a situation. Learn from some who has, so you can feel the panic and train yourself to move through it. Reactions are not always best unless they have been practiced. I still hear from some of the ladies how they were aware of a situation and avoided or deescalated it because of what we learned in the classes.
You hit on some very salient points. Its sad but you must be on guard for these issues in everyday life. On the second one I've had that happen to me with a guy who had severe autism and I just walked right past him keeping an eye on him with my peripheral. I was in high school and he had stolen some scissors from his teacher and was running down the wallway with them. My mind was on deescalation and it worked. I felt that he was concentrated on running and if I stayed out of his way and payed him no mind I wouldn't get stabbed. Not always the right answer though, if he had been hearing stuff or had some accompanying mental illnesses I may have had to break contact or stand my ground.
I'm blasting everyone. Every time! Kidding. Great questions! Really makes you realize that every situation has a million different variables. We should do the best to we can do! Until then, train train train!!!!
Hate to burst your bubble but I live with my brother and his wife. We are all above 60 years old and my sister-in-law and I have this, my brother not so much. He refuses to think he is human and needs a plan. If he has a plan he has not shared it with us, and will not discuss a plan with us. I have taught people how to plan and work scenarios, but "a prophet is not welcome in their own home". 2 days ago we are sitting around our farmhouse 1000 foot down the gravel drive, eating lunch, watching Matt Dillon on Gunsmoke, when the front storm door opens quickly and someone tries to open the front door. Of course it was locked (remember, I like to plan ahead). I investigate the door immediately because I am closest to it, with my hand on my concealed pistol,(that is always on me). Our dogs have now started a full farm cry and the Malinwa is being ferocious. I look back in the room to see if anyone else has moved or taken positions and I see my brother up and retrieving his single action .22 revolver. I am thinking great, he is going to shoot me if anyone burst through here. I open the door like we were taught in church security (I could see no one from the fish-eye in the door). I see a shoulder of an older lady standing there and as I pie the door jamb, her eyes where as big as saucers ands asks if she is at so-in-so's residence (our neighbors house). I politely tell her how to get to our neighbors and the excitement is over. We discussed how quickly something could happen but it was then dropped because he was not privy to discuss it. My sister-in-law has actually run cocaine burglars out the driveway with her car before. That is another story.....
I'll be honest, I know we go through a lot of these "If" scenarios but, no matter your situation what will you do After? Do you talk to the Police? Do you call a lawyer? Do you have USCCA? I'll be honest, officers are there to collect information only! I know this because family members are officers and they tell me this. 90% of their work is paperwork, collecting information. They are not your friends after an incident. This is why when an officer discharges his firearm, other officers are quick to pull that officer away from the scene to protect them. Anything you say to officers willing or unwilling will be used against you in a court of law. That means if you choose to remain silent and you put into the back of a squad and your talking to yourself out loud there is cameras and Mics inside that record your information on the record. One thing people don't think about, what is your Family going to say?, because that will be used against you as well. If you need to protect your family from an intruder, you fear for your life. You discharge a firearm, you choose to remain silent until a lawyer is present but, your wife and kids are freaking out and get questioned. What will they do? Anything they say will be used against you in a court of law. We've seen this all to many times. The wife says she saw someone in the house husband shoots injures or kills the intruder, wife says, she didn't see his face, or hear a bang, the husband went for his gun, didn't call the police first, it was all to fast... That stuff will land you in prison for defending your home and family.
Thanks for all the great information, I just had my neighbor do that crazy scenario of him walking by and having a crazy look and mumbling, we crossed path and i said hello and then he went off on me pulled out a 4 inch knife while yelling im going to kill you >>> it was so surreal how i went in to hyper focused mode and as soon as he swung his arm to try and stab me he opened up and he encountered my fist on his face. that de escalated the situation, cops were called and he was arrested . I hate to have hit another human but I had no choice but to defend myself. thanks John i really like your philosophy.
In all these scenarios if you have not planned first you plan to be a victim or to have someone you love victimized. Love your family like there's no tomorrow and hope for the best prepare for the worst!
That "door gets kicked in whole you're not home" is particularly scary in my case, I just had a daughter and I work graveyards. So my wife and little girl are home alone at night time. Now where we live it's unlikely that anyone is going to try and break in. But i always remind my spouse. It's not impossible. Weve had a lot of discussions about what to do in various situations if I'm not home. Keeping her safe when I'm not around is one of the hardest jobs I have
Could not have said it better. Good advice and points to think on. Ive tried to make these points to my spouse several times, it usually ends in frustration and misunderstanding. Better to have her hear it from someone else with experience.

Many years ago I decided if I was ever in a car and some guy jumped in and told me to drive I would look straight at em, smile my best wide grin and holler in my best Beverley hillbilly voice, 'hot damn!! I've been a wait'n on yee all these years, papa gonna be so happy, let's go fetch the preacher man' I believe I could sell it well enough to either 1. They would think I was completely insane and not able to follow directions and bale for an easier target or 2. Distract them enough I could grab my weapon or launch further attacks to defend myself.
Ok, that was kinda how my day goes. A favorite comedian of mine sums it up nicely "Us men walk around thinking 'what if a rocket came from that alley there...i think I could handle that well enough'" I am lucky to have a girl that is more capable than I am. 1) The lady is a US Marine, I feel sorry for the person. 2) Break contact, his problems aren't mine and it should stay that way. 3) Tell her to fall back (down the stairs) and call 911. I get behind that wall, check around for his friends then check him for obvious weapons, prep to draw or pre-draw and keep it out of LOS, shout out at him to see if he just spooks, work it out from there, but ultimately stay back till the cops show up. I dont keep anything I cant replace in my car. 4a) If I see it happening, I defend her. Again, maintaining awareness (assailant's weapon? assailant's backup?, etc) Me and an athletic woman filled with adrenaline could probably do some damage. 4b) Happening to me? Um...I am not a likely target and I am "prickly". Otherwise, it is just a typical assault situation. 4x) Tangential note. I was driving and noticed a girl in a skimpy skirt walking home(?) drunk. I was the creep in the car slowly following her home, just in case. (no, "hey pretty girl...you wanna ride" would not have worked...i am NOT more attractive and less threatening at night) 5) In a kidnap situation, you dont want to get into the transportation and you really dont want to get to the destination. He is at his most nervous and at the height of risk when he makes contact. Let him get you away from the crowd of innocents (but before a threshold like out a back door where he might have backup) then take explosive action as he winds down a little. I am not going with him, and if my play goes wrong, there are people around to hear or notice and I might see an ambulance...but I am not going with him. 6) I dont know the running guy's story and I am not a hero...for all I know, HE IS! I call 911 and give them my location, his direction of movement and status (armed with a and out of breath wearing ). 7) My kids will have a practiced plan by that age. 8) 911 on the main phone (it has a power-button thing for discreet 911) and toss it under a menu, then cooperate. If I can lose my gun/holster under the booth discreetly then I might (I have a hefty magnet on the back for stuff like that). I can draw and shoot fine, but if they are just robing the place, it is not in my interest to draw the attention of 1+? guns/lunatics to myself. If they want my wallet and burner, oh well. If they stay any longer than just for the register...well, that phone is connected to 911...so...and if it goes hostage-mode, I know where a gun is if the moment presents itself. 9) Again, it is unlikely that would happen and if it did then the guy is going have a problem. I would call 911 when I noticed something was up, or I would be getting a call from the cops telling me my girl just killed a man. 10) Assuming she didnt notice and that actually happened...she would probably grab a (old)lady next to her and yell "WATCH HIM/HER!" then storm off after the guy yelling and making him regret his life choices. 11) "Join" the crowd and blend in, get into my car, see if they will let a "fellow protester" out. If not, I have audobooks and stuff on my phone. I am not turning the mob on me, my day can wait. 12) Poor Guy 13) A tricky one. Hard to not move with the crowd, but we would just naturally be near an exit (knowing we dont know what is on the other side of that door). If we were not, just stay low and let the chaos play out around us reacting as needed. 14) Responding in another language has hilariously de-escalated similar situations. So has "Woah, wrong guy, I aint into women". Now, while I would normally just let the fight play out if it had to, I am too paranoid and I have seen people use anything from "Excuse me, sir" to "Is that you?!" to get close to a target. So, while I want to say I wouldnt draw on him...I think I would get distance and draw. Once he is face-down we can talk. 15) Explosive action. I dont know the invader's number or gear, but I know I am going at the door and she is instinctively getting a weapon to come save my stupid ass. Great content as usual, sir!
Buck Cherry I've been combing the comments for days 'cherry picking' for good responses, but yours' are the best. Esp the "driving into a riot" scene since I live near Louisville. Ballsy. Are you related to Shooter Rughi?
If someone starts screaming in a theater, you should immediately shoot them ...because it's a movie theater, and making noise is rude.. Dear alphabet soup, that was a joke. Please don't kill my dog.
There's been a couple of times I've been in either genuine danger, or misconstrued danger, and it's weird how your brain just goes clear sometimes, like there's a whole lot of options to pick from, if you get to the other side of panic. I don't like the options I come up with sometimes, but at least I am trying to problem-solve. It's not being brave; I think bravery is when you're scared but do something ANYWAY, like you know the danger and choose to face it, whereas it's more like on the other side of blind terror there's a place everything is really matter of fact and being scared can happen later. When the actually bad stuff was happening my brain seemed to be just figuring out ways out of this, trying to be proactive (with varying levels of success, but enough that I'm here to type this), and then when it was over, THEN I had jelly knees and cried. I'm really glad you mentioned guys who prepare like this talking about it with their wives/girlfriends/female family (although you have female viewers too!). As a woman, sadly most of the biggest threats women face are going to be people we know, often men in our lives (but there's some crazy women out there too, and I once had to fight off another woman who tried to sexually assault me in a toilet). I've been to some women's self-defence classes, looked up videos and advice, etc. it's always the 'what if you get jumped in an alley, or trying to get to your car' scenarios that we're told to prepare for, but which are the type that make up like about 15% of all assaults on women. For us situational awareness needs to include more about reading behavioural red flags from strangers and from people you know and how to extricate yourself before it gets to fighting of any kind, and not so hyper-focused on the stranger-danger type rapists. Also, not much of it thinks about what kind of work women often do, as we're often in customer-facing jobs and that comes with a lot of dangers like people trying to rob the store you're in or violent customers and, the prepared pro-forma 'what to do if someone tries to rob the shop' training you get at health and safety at work stuff always assumes that you're already behind the kiosk - but what do you do if you're stacking shelves when someone tries to rob the shop, or if you're waitressing and a customer starts getting violent, or if you're on reception and your work doesn't have door security, etc. Those are all pretty common scenarios where women can be in danger that are often overlooked.
Here's one: You're spending a few days at a friend's apartment with him and his girlfriend, and another mutual buddy is there. It's early evening, and you're all sitting in the living room, yakking and watching TV. Suddenly, your host hears some muffled noise in the hallway. He opens the door, and in bursts three big, hulking guys wearing masks, and two of them are brandishing revolvers. You can see the rounds in the chambers. What do you do? BTW: this actually happened to me, years ago. Uh, it didn't quite turn out as they had hoped...and nobody got shot.
@@24Mossberg Nope, I couldn't get to my guns, and they didn't get the chance to shoot. But I was younger then. It got a bit chaotic, but all three ended up running for their lives. Turned out they were bikers, who didn't expect the additional guests. God was watching that day. One of them got pushed through a wall, another got dropped through a glass coffee table.
Violence requires constant vigilance and to react violently to threatens violence is the absolute best defense if you cannot move and neutralize a threat before they move and neutralize you then you just hung out to dry! Situational awareness is absolutely crucial to survival on the basest level and it is really instinctual
The answer is for each person watching to do the work of considering scenarios with few if any good outcomes possible. Then think of how to avoid them. Then if unavoidable, think through what options have the best possibility of positive (least negative) outcome. Do you scan your surroundings? Do you choose your location based on ingress/egress, cover, etc when you enter a room? Do you ask yourself what would I do if...? Does your spouse (other family members often with you) know what their role is? Have you discussed such things? My wife refuses to carry a firearm but is competent with one, that's her choice. I carry everywhere always. We have spoken and unspoken signals for emergencies. She knows to seek cover away from me whether we're alone or with grandkids, etc. If she can escape the area even better. I will place myself in the position to confront, distract or engage the threat drawing all focus to myself if needed while she seeks safety. If that mean sending, and or, drawing fire so be it. I'm armed and trained. I carry a backup in a pocket holster. It's not necessarily for me. I can hand it off given time, and she will be armed as well with 13 rounds in a P365 as a last ditch effort if I fail. I may not choose to act, I may just observe. That will depend on many factors including threat level and ability to evade/escape. If I do act, she knows I'll be the focus and she'll have better odds of escape. The exits and possible cover have been predetermined as we enter without even having to have a conversation. This type of OPEC may seem extreme but its automatic now. Decades back a firearm and awareness saved our lives while traveling. Since that time we've had many conversations about scenarios and sollutions. After 38 years married, she knows how I think and can almost read my mind. With a look she knows immediately if I'm on alert and what to do instinctively until what I'm keeping an eye on resolves itself. You can learn to be alert and aware, prepared without it being uncomfortable or paranoid. But it takes effort at first to develop that awareness. I don't know anyone who hasn't had a close call with extreme malevolence that develops this ability. I know very few who have looked evil in the eye and escaped it who don't develop it to some degree.
This is an excellent idea to have thought provoking discussions and dialog on scenarios that may take place in especially now more than ever as violence is increasing across the country just remember the rules of stupid and avoid people when all possible especially after dark nothing good happens after midnight
A bunch of these hit hard, you're right, my wife just isn't interested in this stuff even though we (I specifically) have had to defend us in a home attack. It's hard to get her to carry especially since she isn't "allowed" to carry at work, she is a definite rule follower and doesn't want to get fired... I need to show her this
Me and my wife have been martial artist for a long time. She use to hate when I walked into a building see all it's flaw' s because my father was master carpenter. He tought me how to how to survive in the wilderness but my training goes further than that because he taught me more martial arts. Always be prepared. And her ancestry is older than mine and she gets mad at me for being me and. Our harataige. She's Scandinavian I'm German my name comes from a 13th century German Duke. Thank you for your teachings.
Great video. I do this kind of stuff almost every day. Lying in a bed, just before sleeping. I "run through" one scenario - Home invasion/burglar, 2 on 1 after a evening in a bar and so on.
Dude, I would immediately tell them, "I know John Lovell!!" and I KNOW they would run away like the cowards they are. Ain't no man wanna face a warrior...who knows poetry...and forms his own society. Hells to the noes!!
Truth be told it's kinda easy and kinda hard to answer these questions. When you ask yourself what if, you have time to come up with a logical response to a situation. However, being thrown into a situation can short circuit one's brain and one can respond illogically. I guess that is why one must not only be physically prepared but also mentally prepared as well. So, do what John says, train hard and train smart!
Well I now have something to think about! Have a tool, have a plan, make a plan with family. Situational awareness! Practice! I'm pretty much a loner. My kids are grown and gone I'm handicap and I carry at home. I cannot move to another room to get my firearm. I know for a fact that doors are a false hope of security unless they have been set up to buy you a little more time. I feel like you will probably not have time to look for the source of the noise or stand up before they are standing in the room with you. Thanks John! Hope you do more of these! I have an allergic reaction to dark alleys!
A smart man once said “Get the crazy eyes”😂. If family is in tow, do you best to avoid conflict! Even when you are alone, do you best to avoid a situation unless forced into a quick reaction. Always keep liability in the back of your mind! If someone is in your home uninvited.... End the threat at all cost!!

The caveat there being, you have to get to the theater an hour before showtime to pick the right seats. 😉
@@BretAllenStudios I can't remember the last time I was in a full theater. Most people prefer to be near the center.

You don't know who they think they're talking to, and I've seen people get hurt
In that same bad neighborhood I've seen people running down the street with a fun in the hand, and even may have witnessed a shooting. I kept it to myself. May not have been right, but snitches get stitches.

On top of the particulars for each of these specific cases, I try to got about daily life guided by the tried and true general principles:
- Where there's more than three (bad guys), I will not be.

Not even 5 seconds into the video, already liked it. Keep up the good work WPS!!!

That's it! I'm staying in my bed. Forever.

What a noob. It's always the same 2 moves. Anything else is just showing off. 1st) Crouch + down joystick and up to the right + punch 2) immediately jump and down joystick / up to the right + punch 3) Rinse repeat until they are defeated.
Didn't need Ranger tabs to figure that out.
HADOUKEN!!!!!!!!!
🤣
Very good points to make a person think. Thank you John and God bless
In each and every one of these scenarios, I think the most appropriate thing to do would be to..... fart. Just fart.
hopefully you have guterly prepared properly before hand to maximize the effext
Thank, a big like. This opened a great conversation with my wife. More like this please.
I swear, this is what's going through my brain like 70% of the time...
Solar horse fence attached to every 1st floor window sill of our home. Go ahead, touch it. It's designed to make electrical suggestions to 1200 lb animals, thru miles of fencing. I measured what I used and it's inside 400 ft of wire. Tested it on a wet piece of cardboard and it simply sizzled! So go ahead, try your luck with one of our windows..
That jaguar thing legit made me laugh out loud 😂 great job lol
I laughed despite having an issue with literalism. They won't find too many Jaguars in Africa though :D
Excellent video. These kinds of things run through my mind constantly.
Many years ago I decided if I was ever in a car and some guy jumped in and told me to drive I would look straight at em, smile my best wide grin and holler in my best Beverley hillbilly voice, 'hot damn!! I've been a wait'n on yee all these years, papa gonna be so happy, let's go fetch the preacher man' I believe I could sell it well enough to either
1. They would think I was completely insane and not able to follow directions and bale for an easier target or 2. Distract them enough I could grab my weapon or launch further attacks to defend myself.
Lots of these I could see as all of the above. Some of the answers were best in steps or plan a, b, c, d. Great content man. It gets people thinking
So how do you get your wife involved when she doesn't want to talk about this stuff because it "scares her "? I have to know... l cant sleep!
Fantastic video. Mind opening to REAL situational awareness with perfectly woven humor. Best way to teach.
John, answer this one:
Has anyone ever told you that you look an awful lot like the character Ellis on Die Hard?
Hanz bubby I'm your white knight@
(no, "hey pretty girl...you wanna ride" would not have worked...i am NOT more attractive and less threatening at night)
5) In a kidnap situation, you dont want to get into the transportation and you really dont want to get to the destination.
12) Poor Guy
13) A tricky one.
Dear alphabet soup,
that was a joke. Please don't kill my dog.
That was good you bring up those points. Food for thought for everyone.
Great scenarios to get the brain box working. God Bless you and your family.
Cetok01 I generally carry at home, so, I’m thinking three dead intruders.
I would have done what you did. Poop pants and hope the smell makes them leave..
Well virus world...we probably need you to come by and see...huh?
"so you must be the male strippers?"
Violence requires constant vigilance and to react violently to threatens violence is the absolute best defense if you cannot move and neutralize a threat before they move and neutralize you then you just hung out to dry! Situational awareness is absolutely crucial to survival on the basest level and it is really instinctual
Why don’t you give us how you would tackle these situations
I need to show her this
Just wanted to say I subbed to WPSN last week and I love it!! Keep up the great work!
Great that you made this video to get people thinking, John.
13:15 missed a perfect “Caught with your pants down” pun
Great video. I do this kind of stuff almost every day. Lying in a bed, just before sleeping. I "run through" one scenario - Home invasion/burglar, 2 on 1 after a evening in a bar and so on.
Dude, I would immediately tell them, "I know John Lovell!!" and I KNOW they would run away like the cowards they are. Ain't no man wanna face a warrior...who knows poetry...and forms his own society. Hells to the noes!!
'That's what she said.'
Dang John! Always keep me thinkin!
Thanks bro!
Someone breaking into your car I guess question 3. You keep your distance and conceal yourself. Start recording on your cellphone. Call 911. Keep recording on your cellphone. Don't engage or alarm the thief.
Great thoughts to ponder! I have heard, and now share with others, "Mental Warfare Folder". I try to consider scenarios and think through options. I really like the way you did this video!
