I use a liquid fertilizer whenever I water so each time it’s rehydrated it’s getting a diluted amount of fertilizer. The initial seeds have the energy stored to grow the first couple leaves so you don’t have to start right away but it doesn’t hurt either
@@BrianAtchue do they not get burnt in initial stage! I am always afraid to use any kind of fertilizer because of its very small root system! Does it work fine? If so, I will start using it earlier.
Hi - this is great info! I have a question as i've bought some pallidiflorum seedlings but they seem to have stopped growing and a couple have died. What temperature do you have your plant tent at?
I really don’t think about it too much honestly. In nature they grow in some pretty warm clients but do well enough in ambient house temperature too. I think anywhere between 60-90 F is probably fine. I would guess light, nutrients or watering is the issue before temp
Wow, very informative video, keep sharing, enjoy and godbless
lol the crazy thing is I typed in seedlings in fern to learn how to grow my seedlings like you. As i’m watching the video I noticed your name.

Awesome vid. Do you sell any of your seedlings?
Great video! How much do optimal light levels differ for different stages of growth?
Mine are around 1000 foot candles that seems to be great for rapid growth
My seedlings are about 1 1/2 inches what can you advise to put them in little pots and what to fertilize them too. Mahalo for this. Linda
Where do you sell seedlings?
Do you sell sell seedlings of Michelle x Zara by Doc Block ?
How do I store them for a few days if I don’t have sphagnum yet or medium to germinate in. Should I place them on moist paper towel?
Yea or just leave soaking in water

Love the video. Do you give both your seeds and seedlings 1000 FC light? How many hours of light per day would you say?
12-14 hours. With that high of light nutrients and watering need to be perfect since you’re really supercharging growth
Thank you for the informative video! How long does it take for the berries to form?
Depends on the species involved anywhere between 3 months and I’ve heard of some over a year
Gteat info thanks. Where do you get ur tree fern from?
New sub bing watching
The seed wasting on the ground is giving me so much anxiety. I wish I could pick them up for you. 😅 Anthurium berries lives matter too!😂🤣
