  • The Space Shuttle Endeavor is on display in the Samuel Oschin Pavilion at the California Science Center in Los Angeles. This massive spacecraft looks just as it did when it landed after it's final mission in May 2011 with all of the stains, wear and damage that Endeavour withstood to get to space and return to earth. You can walk around and under the space shuttle which is so close that you can almost touch it! And because this video was shot with the Nikon COOLPIX P1000, you'll be able to see details of the well worn thermal tiles. By the way, the orbiter is called Endeavour (not Endeavor) because it's named after a British sailing ship.
    Thanks for watching!
