You're webcam is in a bad spot since I can't see what mods do you installed for utilization.
Yea. There can be some compatibility issues with drivers. But they are just happening on some specific OLDER LAPTOPS.
Also, if you have a problem with drivers, you can ask to the community everytime.
Well lol can you help if you know Linux? I got a pretty good laptop but I wanna switch to Linux. The problem is I hear nivida graphics cards don't really like linux
@@PIECEOUT592 Which card do you have? There's a chance it's compatible with NVK, so it's just gonna work out-of-the-box this year
@@PIECEOUT592 yup
@@PIECEOUT592 do you have a discord account?
@@OpenSourceGuyYT yes i do
Chromebook: 100+ fps. Vannila. No Mods. 20$ on EBAY.
My laptop: 60fps (Caps :( ) Sodium and 20 other mods. 300$ on JBHIFI
HOW DOES THIS NAKE SENSE?
Other comments say that Linux gives double the frames compared to Windows
thats not a chromebook
also he upgraded the ram and cpu plus this laptop was probably like $250-300 when it was made
how does the performance of this os compare to windows x lite 10 i wanna squeeze out all of performance of my little optiplex
on minecraft you will get around double the fps
but on other windows games like gta v you will get around 0 to 20% performance gain (due it being windows games and not optimized for linux)
@@Azemed There are extremely rare occasions where your performance will dip because most Linux programs for running Windows games on it turn Direct X into Vulkan, which requires shader pre-caching.
I recommend a heavily stripped, optimized, riced version of arch linux. or tiny core, MX Linux, and or Nanolinux
Can you make a NAS server out of this laptop? I got an old laptop with windows that I think I can use to host a Minecraft server.
Yeah great use for old laptops too, I have a NAS already but back in the day I used to host my own server off my laptop for my friends to play from school
you would not want to run a minecraft server from a dedicated nas, id recommend using something like docker to work with bolth use cases, although you may run into hardware limitations
I Use Ubuntu on i5 2nd gen 8 gb ram intel hd 3000 and i get around 120FPS in almost all versions with mods
i Really love your videos and Can you Please Tell me Which Software are you using to record pleassssse TELL

I use a capture card that outputs my laptops screen to my main PC where I capture it with OBS

Bros 20$ laptop with only Linux and some optimizations is better than mine💀😭🙏
