    This is good stuff, some unique progressions I have never seen before.
    Will definitely come back to this once ready, I am focusing on getting a stronger and cleaner tuck at the moment

    What muscles should i focus on feeling in this maneuver, from the basic planche to the advanced style?

      You’ll feel it in your shoulders a lot! You have to push them open. Anterior deltoids, upper end of the biceps and possibly even pecs
