I don’t work in tech but that “protecting your time” tip is SO IMPORTANT!!! Both at work and personal life, everyone is always busy and they will try to ask you to do different random things if you’re helpful, but it’s not always beneficial to the goals you’re working on, and especially when you have people pleasing tendencies, don’t be afraid to push back if it’s not aligned to your goals or the business’s bigger goals!!

This is nice! I am an accountant in the Philippines and switched from a Financial Auditor to an IT Auditor in one of the Big 4 so yeah I've also learned alot in the tech industry upon taking the job. I talk alot with IT people and listening to them talk about access management to change management is very interesting. Would love to pursue this kind of work outside of the 🇵🇭. God bless you two. 😊

Thank you for this video. I work in tech as well. I'm a software engineer. I was a computer operator and an electronics technician before I became a software engineer. I used some old technology when I was a computer operator. I worked on IBM mainframe computers. It's true that you can learn a lot on the job.
