I LOVE your wheelchair (mountain trike) I wish I had one (I am in a wheelchair permanently also - l am an amputee) I love to camp and go on trails. Hubby and I live in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan so, there are a lot of campgrounds and trails) We have not been camping in 3 years because of my amputation.
Oh wow, flashbacks. Decades ago when I was stationed in Northern Germany I got a motel room (for lack of a better word) and when I prepped and jumped into the shower, it was icy cold!!! WAW!!! I will never forget it...neither will my frozen brain. Thanks for the memory, and thanks for your vids. Be healthy, stay safe and many blessings, Morgan
I have to be in a wheelchair until I have surgery whenever that will be so I like the idea that you can still get around on rocky tough ground like that! It gives me hope that one day I will be abpe to di what you do because I have ALWAYS been an outdoors person and I live in my Van currently where I don't get to hike like more healthy individuals.
Hey, you might want to check out the video I just posted if you’re still on the hunt for a wheelchair lift into the van. It could be an affordable option if it works for you.
Here is a link to get you to the application, IF you need it. We have one for senior citizens nd it saves you about half in National, State and COE campgrounds.
