I think it's good to have the fiber with the fruit. I'm not a nutritionalist though. When my son was growing up I made us homemade orange Julius drinks. I used whole oranges, honey, yogurt, and ice. He absolutely loved it. We actually used to get them at the mall but it closed down. I adore you and your family. You are really awesome. ❤

Come stay in st. Petersburg u wont regret it the best beach with a rv is fort desota but i always wanted to stay in a rv on the beach side of the skyway my father in law used to do it all the time its a bridge and u can drive on the beach there there is a nice rv camp ground at fort desota and nice ruins from the spanish war to walk through the peir is really nice down town and then the entire beach front from sount pasadena to clearwater is very nice and if u go south to sarasota ann marie island is nice venis beach has shark teeth if there is a rocky area u will find a ton of in tact fossilized shark teeth and then the ringling house and thomas edison house is a cool tour to do very cheap we have a ton of museums i love so much to do here in florida and the healing fountain of youth has warm springs down south of sarasota but in stpete there is a fountain that was claimed by the spanish explorer to be the fountain of youth in downtown st.pete little drinkig fountain used to be a real fontain but the mayor paved it and put in a drinking fontain we are all upset about it they were mad homeless people would take baths in it so they ruined it

I have fibromyalgia and urge you to do some research on it to see if that might be a possibility for you. So many other things can mimic it plus fibro has over 250 side effects from localized pain, insomnia, and even extreme heat or cold can affect a person with it. Best wishes for you and your family.
