These don't seem to get as many views as other videos (Gameplay and your Tech 'reviews'), but as someone who wants to eventually make content, this is so appreciated. I literally have wanted one of these for the longest time. I went as far as painting my wall green but the way my setup ended up working out i haven’t made much use of it in awhile. I’ve been at it (content creation) for YEARS so yeah I think it’s time lol thanks for the review man 🙏🏽

You could also put a couple strips of painters tape on the floor to mark out where it sits for super quick positioning. It's all about that streamlining!

I have the wall mounted version (thought I was ordering the one you are speaking of, though). I like the wall mounted one, and I'm thinking of still getting the folding one, since it's great for portability.

Omg! I been watching your videos for a while and I been building my set up, with products you recommended in your Green screen + 2 camera setup. I just received the Aver Media, El Gato, and I was thinking of ordering this screen! You have been my inspiration. I am not sure what to do about a microphone. What do you recommend? Why does your microphone have a huge silver cord coming out the back? Where does that go! Keep up the content!!

use a plug in effect called “chroma key” which is common in most video editing/streaming software
I think the cost is pretty reasonable especially when doing meetings from your home office and you need the convenience to quickly setup and put away when not needed. Just treat the purchase as a business expense.
I listened to you and got myself a curtain but it is mess and difficult to set up :)

Mine never stays up. The pneumatic system stopped working after a couple weeks on mine which I purchased in 2018.... I use a clamp at the back to keep it up. =(
Or if you want the green screen you get the one from jb or eb games if you have bad

Hi Nihongo, could you tell me how you added that side crop of the church to fill in the gap left from your elgato screen. I bought the green screen off your suggestion, but i can't seem to figure out how to cover the gap left over; trying to figure out if it is within OBS and how to make it work in zoom.
Sure! Once you’ve added the chroma key filter you can crop out the gaps on the sides by holding the “alt” key while dragging the window smaller. You’ll know u successfully cropped it if you see the red outlined box become green on the sides you cropped.
Beautiful video, I had hoped you'd find something convenient because I know what it's like to be emotionally paralysed when you set things up a certain way and wonder if you'll want to change it.
I play on PS5 and do not use OBS or any editing software. Do you think this will work with the PS5 camera that supports chroma key?

They should have made it just a bit wider. I can't quite play guitar in outer space with this. I love Elgato, I'm sure it's built nicely too.
Wider would be nice but as it is it’s already challenging to get through a door/corridor. For guitar yeah a fabric solution is still probably ur only option that’s big enough

what software are you using for the green screen and how do you cut out the extra space?
put the camera feed on the top layer, and underneath place the full image. He is likely using OBS
Took me 2 1/2 years of waiting on amazon to have it in stock again when I had money. Mine arrives Tuesday.

Pana gh4. Leica Lumix 15mm f1.7. About 2 feet away from camera most of the time
@@NihongoGamer Cheers. I just wanted to see if the Green screen is wide enough for me. My camera is about 1.8m away from the wall, and I plan on having the green screen standing close to the wall. I have a 24mm. Maybe I’ll need to punch-in on camera or I’ll have to bring my desk closer.
@@NihongoGamer any tips for finding a high resolution 4K background? I really love reclaimed wooden walls (like what’s used for a lot of podcasts). The screen would be positioned against the wall, so the positioning should be okay.

It won't stay up. It leans and doesn't open or close without leaning and making wrinkles.
Not sure if it's the pistons or the roll that's the problem caused by shipping damage.
I think it's nice but very expensive for people starting out. I like your old ones better because it's cheap :D
It will fall down eventually. I used mine 4 times...and it no longer works. I am now forced to use cable ties to keep it up.

Thumbs down. Only because your last setup was FARRRRR FROMMMMM FINEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE, same boat, and IT WAS NOT fine for me either lol. JUST BE HONEST, man. Those large spider legs each that take up 3 quarters of the entire room are AWFUL AF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I bought what you just did and cannot wait to receive it in the new year.
