What is the advantages of wok when comparing to frying pen? I think that having something to grab on is a lot easier. No such thing as korean fried rice. It's just egg fired rice. Fried rice is a Chinese dish anyways. The rest of asia just cooks it as well. And by the looks of it there's no much difference in preparation.

This is literally a Chinese style dish. Korean food doesn’t have this much oil in it. It uses way less oil than western countries or other asian countries like China
Pretty sure at least some of that was sugar, it's not uncommon for egg omelettes in Japan and Korea to have sugar added (and is a more appealing thought than all that being salt!)
