Lovely, as always, to see your beautiful stitching projects. I love how you organize all your daily goals with your various acrostics and such. It really keeps progress motivating and fun. Cocoa is a dear. I can see why why that adorable face runs the show!
Brooke, thanks for letting me know you enjoy the way I organize my daily stitching to meet the goals for the month. I sometimes wonder if that is boring to others. Cocoa sends her love and says thank you for the lovely compliment. LOL. Happy Stitching to you. Dena

Dena you are looking wonderful, so glad to see your success at improving your health! My journey is a bit slower. Glad to hear about JT, I've been wondering. Your projects are always inspiring. I love seeing their progress weekly or monthly. The best pet parents know their babies are in charge.
Kankerdoodle, you are so right! The best pet parents admit their babies are in charge. LOL. Thanks for the encouragement on my health journey. Good luck on yours as well. Dena
Beautiful stitching, as always and congratulations on your finish of Chubby Fox. Always a pleasure spending time with you ….. and Cocoa! Dena - Congratulations on finishing Chubby Fox! Great job to you and JT on your health journeys; I've been inspired by you and I joined a gym today. Happy stitching! - TaMara
TaMara, so glad to hear you joined a gym. I am beginning to make it a routine in my day to exercise, but it is still a challenge for me. I'd rather be stitching. LOLOLOL. Dena
Your snow and mountains makes me feel like I'm in the mountains looking through the window!! Wonderful. I love that you are willing to share your projects with us. I get such joy!! 🙂
Dena...you sure do fill your days...your posts are so enjoyable...it was good to see Nativity...that will be your very special stitched project...love your chubby fox...Cocoa is such a delight...best wishes❤❤
Loretta, thanks so much for joining me and Cocoa again! She was so excited when her Daddy got home from working last night. She had gone to bed early (from boredom I think) and I called out to her telling her Daddy was home and she came running. We looked out her favorite window watching him pull up the driveway and she was so excited. She kept turning to me as if to say, Daddy's home, see Momma! She spun and spun and spun as he bent down to love on her. So sweet to see. Dena
Lovely video as usual, life got in the way so back catching up on your videos and I ave happily helped me make some time for me and pick my stitching back up, I knew I would get inspired by you x
Hello Dena the angel looks beautiful it shall be a beautiful piece when completed. The fox is adorable. I so enjoy seeing your WIPS so inspiring. Happy stitching
Hi Dena. Love your chubby fox! Great video. It was nice to hear an update on your son too. One of my dogs named pickles cries every single night without fail because she wants to go to bed. So I’m in bed at her insistence and listening to your cocoa stories and giggling because cocoa is not the only fur baby who rules our homes!
Linda, I am sitting laughing out loud over Pickles crying to to go to bed and you sitting there for her! So like us! I am so glad to know Cocoa is not the only ruling canine in this world. LOL. Dena
Wow! That’s a lot of serious stitching in the angel!omg takes me an hr plus to do reg 100. And confetti ha slowww. 😊your first pronunciation is right. It is so pretty. Our daughter moved 6 hrs and I miss them and the 2 little guys and she just let us know shes’s expecting #3 in Nov. going to be so hard as last 2 we were an hr and able to run in. With winters up there not sure how much we will see of this little one. Wow he is doing great! So happy he is so much healthier! So great and yes for sure proud. Our dog has had a few but yes on tick meds, and I have had 3 on me, strangely all when we lived in the city and not the village. Knock on wood none of us get any more! Shes’s more in charge than Allie! Lol. It is Cheryl that isn’t well, I think,if so hope she is doing better!
Cindy, I was so happy with the progress on the Angel. Hoping for as good a stitching session the next time as well. I have it for one of the acrostics to make sure I fit Nativity in again. Oh no, 6 hours is a long trip. Well in the winter time you will have to go there and just stay the winter with them. I get to see my son I hope the end of May so I am hoping to get pictures of the two of us with our new weight loss successes, lol. Cheryl is the one who had the stroke, but she is doing very well. I am so pleased with her progress. Happy Stitching! Dena
Love the way you film and let us enjoy every day with you. Coco is just like our doodle, and what a sniffer they are!!! Love your chubby animals! I would like to see the bunny when you get it from your friend. Can you show us sometime how you stitch? Thanks for being so upbeat, you always have a smile on your face and the love of stitching in your heart! Thanks for the update on your son....I was just thinking of him. So glad he's doing so well on his health!!! Thanks Dena!!! (did I spell your name right?)
Jenn, you spelled it right! YAY! Once I get the chubby bunny I will share it for sure. I will see if I can figure out a way to capture me stitching, but it is simply a two handed stitching method. Thanks so much for the kind feedback about my being upbeat. Hope you are off to a great month of stitching here in May! Dena
Nativity is gorgeous! Great news about your son. Your stitching is lovely. I can't wait to see your table gifts for upcoming retreats. The ornament exchange sounds like fun. So, do you get one from everyone?
Sharon, thanks for the compliment on Nativity and my stitching in general. You are very kind. I will try to remember to film a video about the table gifts but I can't share it until after they are gifted. The ornament exchange is with just 5 of us that call ourselves the Lake House Stitchers. So, yes, we will get an ornament kit to make from each other, so I made one (and kitted four) and I will receive four kits when we do the exchange in June. Then I can try to stitch those four in time for Christmas this year. It sounds like a lot of fun, so I am looking forward to it. Dena
You look just as beautiful as ever, Dena, and congratulations on the weight loss for you and your son. As always, your stitching is impeccable and inspiring! 🥰😘
