- Here is a video of our wrx's exhaust. we all have different exhaust on our cars. Eric's wrx is the only one with a turboback.
I love that turbo back sound. It sounds exotic.

Has small mufflers. The Remark is a muffler delete axle back. That’s what I have and it’s loud af, but the drone is also pretty loud
It sounded like the whole audio during that clip was quieter. The gravel crunching and the background talking was quieter too
I have an 18 WRX with Nameless deletes. It sounds great and has an awesome pop to it. In my opinion, the rest of these minus the Tomei lose their bark in the mid to high RPMS. Nameless for the win for sounding that good and just being deletes.
Nameless sounded the most aggressive and clean sounding of them all. My opinion.
All sound good for sure!! I run a catless turboback with a tomei but if i did it again id do an R400 with the catless downpipe just for the refinement of it.

I have a tomie expreme on my blob eye and it's the loudest raspiest obnoxious exhaust set up ever. I think for the evo eyes, quad tips look the best. ETS Extreme with Invidia catless is pretty awesome. However, the Q300 was very low and bassy. Just not loud enough
Cobb turboback sounds the cleanest and best overall for daily driving.
I have a Tomei and I think it sounds great out of the box; you get pops, turbo sounds, you get it all. However, it is a bit on the loud side. I think the others sound too raspy but just my opinion on it.
You'll want to factor in if you like the quad exit look or single exit. To me, the quad exit looks great if it's subtle and tight, but some of the quads that protrude too far out look silly.
I have a nameless delete. So this is the loudest lol. Am planning to get the tomie Ti single change my mind lol

R400 sounds the best. Louder than stock but still muffled and has more of a "factory luxury" type of sound to it. Not so much luxury but more classy lol.

The R400 combined with a Cobb catted Jpipe sounds so good. Pretty loud also.
I have the R400 with Cobb catted Jpipe and KillerB headers. Not nearly as subtle as this one. Deep, loud and also raspy when you get on it. Nice tone but too loud for me. Considering switching for Q300 after I got pulled over and harassed by a local State Trooper. The drone is pretty loud too. Gotta turn the radio up to at least 20 just to hear the song. On the highway there's absolutely no chance of drowning out the exhaust with the radio. The headers and Jpipe already double the volume and add rasp. You don't need a loud exhaust on top of that.
Pre-gen STi gold wheels on the black (VA) WRX were on point. TBH, I like the cobb turbo back....

Tomei sounds even better in person. I have one on my hatch and I just put one on my friends 18 WRX. The R400 however sounds honestly not great in person for the FA. It sounds like it’s trying to force air out and it also sounds tin like. My 2¢
Tomei is the way. Single exit looks better on Japanese cars IMO.

I'm having so much trouble finding an exhaust sound that I like for my daily driver 2018 wrx. Maybe its just me but everything sounds like a ricer fart can no matter what I hear. Its driving me crazy. 20 years ago when I was a teenager I thought fart cans sounded cool but also having a mustang with full exhaust as my second car I cant stand the sound of the new fa20 motor compared to the old unequal length headers. The stock sound is just to quiet but I cant find anything that doesn't make it sound like fart can ricer.

Literally have my R400 showing up tomorrow afternoon. You can't really pick up the notes on video, but the Invidia is a deeper sound. Sounds really nice. I have Nameless deletes on there now and im switching them out for the R400

I have a Cobb J-pipe, Perrin intake, Boomba short throw shifter and BPV with a from mount intercooler and Tomei unequal length headers. The Invidia system sounds fckin INSANE. Nothing like what this video shows. Very very deep sound, sounds amazing in the cabin and looks very aggressive. Very clean, deep, loud-when-you-want-it-to-be rumble. I would highly recommend. I think either it sounds way better on my car than it does on the car in this video, or the camera doesn’t really pick up those super deep notes. Or both. Just thought I’d give you guys an update.

Keizer_99nike deletes sound great in person, a lot less raspy sounding. Videos won’t do it justice
I have the Muffler deletes and it eliminates the deep tone for a high snarl. Sounds a little more exotic and it sounds reallly good !

I'm getting the Remark Axleback. Did you eventually get the Tomei? I'm leaning towards it, but so much a fan of the single exit. I would get the ETS extreme, but too expensive.

If the question is who's the loudest, probably Nameless.
For sound quality:
R400 or Cobb
They just sound more refined/mature.

To be honest, I almost pulled the trigger on the ETS, but in person, its too much. R400 for me.

Muffler deletes are for track use, not street use, its says on the websites, sometimes even on the boxes. That's what I mean about form over function. "To each his own." We're all entitled to our own opinion.

Tech Defender Either one is going to pop. I have nameless and it’s great sounding and pops like crazy when paired with catless setup. Hearing it wind down and pop when letting off pedal is so satisfying haha

Cantbeliveitsnotbuddha no. Anything after the cat doesn't require a tune. Anything before the cat requires a tune. So if you're planning to change the downpipe it requires a tune but a catback does not.

It's basically down pipe straight into the nameless exhaust deletes. The depo racing down pipe gives you the non resonated mid pipe as well. So... it's loud... let's put it that way. LOL.

The camera probably automatically is adjusting the audio gain and stuff. You need a completely manual mic placed at a distance where it won't clip when it gets to the loudest exhaust for an accurate comparison.
I think Cobb sounds the best. Not too loud not too quiet
