    Nice dude. Just a small correcction. Dont need to bend back or stretch back somuch. It will hurt your back. Deadlift is not a back exercise. It is an exercise for glute and hamstrings. And if you want to improve our PR try to do 3 to 4 reps in your PR or at leat 2 rep, but 1 set is fine. So next time when you lift the weight you will have confidence to move up with your PR. Hope in 3 months you can reach 150 kg. LIGHT WRIGHT.......
