For muscle up, just be calm grapping the bar, swinging a bit straight legs, and when ur about to go back PULL Your self HARDEST you can over the bar, and as you do that get ur knees to the chest, and lay on top of the bar, And Open legs straight again, and do a bar dip over the bar, thats it, its really simple once u have the strength needed, And i see you defo have it

Wassup champ, try doing a push pull split, and leg day in between your push pull. So it would be like pushday, legday, pull day and repeat.
Try not to bend your knees too much when jumping😁
