this song really resonates with me on a personal level. it's been two years since i moved back in with my parents after graduating college, and in that time i've been struggling a lot due to the isolation and stress, made worse by past traumas and my complex dissociative disorder. there's been points where i've slipped away for a week or more at a time; i really have felt like a ghost passing through my life. but i'm finally moving out in two weeks from now, going to live with some people who actually love and care about me unconditionally, and it feels for once like i might actually get to live my life. this song has been carrying me forward these past few months. thank you.

Just saw you guys for the first time in Charlevoix, and holy cow! What an amazing sound. The voices work so amazingly well together, and the instrumentation is just as phenomenal. So glad I bought the cds, they will be on constant rotation! So thankful Michigan has amazing bands! Thank you all!!

Just realized this was released the day I was put in foster care. I had to have a life realization when I was super young, never got a chance to fully feel like a kid and I had pushed the memories to the back of my mind, this song really hits because it took me a while to finally be ready to get closure with it, and try to remember the good times of being a kid. I love this song so much because my connection to it is WAY too strong
