I appreciate the information! I have been in the keto lifestyle since my mother died of dementia one year ago and have lost 82 lbs, no longer pre-diabetic but do have high cholesterol and LDL which I try not to fuss over for lack of proof that it is problem. I feel 30 yrs younger! I walk and ride a stationary bike every day; my goal is to continue the keto lifestyle into my 100's (I am 64 yrs old)! Thank you again as I use the scientific information to find my way to health, never been one to go mainstream.

Fantastic guest, an inspiration for many. Taking the matter to her own hands to secure many more years to have with her husband. ❤

Very informative. I've been following Dr. Mary Newport ever since my mother started showing signs of Alzheimer's. I'm always suggesting MCT oil and coconut oil to my friends and family.

This was so good. I noticed one of her books also goes into Parkinson's, which a family member was recently diagnosed with. I'm getting that book and would love to see any recent research on how diet may help fight that awful disease.

Such a wealth of information! Is there anything that might focus on Parkinson's? I know a couple people that have this and would love to share with them. It is seeming to be more and more I am hearing about this. My husband's grandma passed from this.

Interesting when she mentioned gout in her husband considering the new information on fructose metabolism and Alzheimer’s
