So good! I;v been flying drones now for about 2 years and I mostly still just use the simple shots. They're usually the best! Just started using POI mode on the air 2 and trying out unique shots. Great video man!
Nothing wrong with simple!! Those are what you need 90% of the time.
That POI/Parallax/Push/Pull maneuver ! BRILLIANT! I have used it many times to avoid trees that I was not 100% that I would miss but, to intentionally use as a shot, is an awesome idea.

Campfire Solutions, I just asked this question. I'm afraid to use any of the creative tools from DJI app like POI because I'm afraid the drone will hit something while manuevering these auto shots.

Thank you for this, I'm looking to purchase my 1st drone. Hope this isn't too much off topic but as far as drone insurance is concerned, do you recommend insuring on the fly , per job, maybe just for a hour or two?
Hey! You should be able to talk with your insurance agent to see what kind of policy best for you for liability, damage etc.

I know the standard for cinematic videos is 24 FPS. However, would you recommend 30 or 60FPS for real estate to help smooth out the shot if needed or for slow motion in post?
Or is 24 FPS still the best for real estate videos?
Yeah! I use 30fps now. (Slowed to 80% in post) Definitely helps!!

Hi there, are you still using the mavic or upgraded? Is it the Dji mavic mini? Recommend for RE? … or is it better to get the best tech like Air 2s?
Hey! Mavic 2 Pro is still one of the best for video image quality. Still using mine. The Air 2s is great, a lot more affordable And small . Just not quite as good dynamic range for video.

At 7:08, I'd love to try POI but I'm afraid that as the drone backs away from the subject it's going to run into a tree or telephone wire or other building,. Please help me get over my fear because I love this shot! Thanks.
Yeah! Definitely have to be careful and smart about your path to make sure its safe first. It depends on your drone too. Some have more or less sensors than others! I crashed a Mavic Air 2 doing that because it didn't have side sensors. Also, really slow speeds will be safer and get you a really cinematic looking shot if you're thoughtful about the movement!
