Its not probably. It is hands down the greatest moment she had recorded. And for all those reasons you mentioned. Its unbelievable. 8 minutes of total perfection.
She did so much awareness for AIDS it's unreal. She certainly tought me about it. Otherwise I wouldn't have know in late 80/early 90s. And because of that I've stayed negative. So if anything I thank her for that apart from many other things! ♥️💪♥️
In this Life dedicated to her closest friend since 1978, the artist Martin Burgoyne. MB died of Aids on the late 1986.
Madonna supported him emotionally & financially.
She spent $100,000 to pay is medical bills & the rent of an appartment near St. Vincent Hospital where he received treatment.
She was always at his side altrought Sean Penn didn't like it, he tought she could get Aids since she kissed MB on the lips.
Gina Sousa Branco don't come down hard on Sean Penn. people were very confused in the mid 80s.

EROTICA is amazing. I even wonder how criticism and journalist could have make it something sexual when the whole record is full of soul, and an interesting commentary about life.... Journalist really are not investigating enough in many cases. Music is not really investigated for people.
They just judged it based on her reputation and the name of the album.
The album is very good and highly underrated.
It should have been a much better selling album.
Has to be her greatest performance, The way she bends the sentences to surpass even the album version is so fricking cool. The movement , the intimacy with the crowd. The hurt behind the song. The beauty last sentences where she hopes the solution is found while she's alive to see it. The 4-5 things rolled into one, yeah gimmie this over any other clip you can throw at me.

Two very handsome men I knew back in the eighties died 😭 very young from AIDS the saddest part about it was that one was straight and the other one was gay oh my god it's just horribly heartbreaking and horrifying to be given a death sentence I remember dating a guy when I was straight woman who was gay and my friends would be very cruel by teasing me and telling me how I would die from AIDS by the grace of the omnipotent saviour Jesus Christ I just turned 60years old oh my goodness it's honestly miraculously a miracle in every way imaginable 🌹💐🌹💐

I cringe when fans of other female pop star attempt to question or even deny Madonna's contribution to the LGBT rights. Not only she tangibly supported gays by hiring them in music videos and performances when it was still uncool and unusual but she literally wrote two songs about the subject from one of the best albums ever done in music aka "Erotica".

This is a deep song and it's great that she did this, but if you ask me, the greatest tragedy of the 20th century is how some people want to label other people as being mentally ill just because their dealing with depression or have been through a lot of trauma and instead of really getting any help, they just get labeled as sick people and damaged goods. And usually get shunned and spit on rather than anyone really doing a damn thing to help them!
And I should know! I'm just going to say it, I was labeled as having bipolar disorder back when I was 16, my life has been hell ever since!!! I'm ready to commit suicide right now, I know no one reading this is going to reach out to me and give a damn, story of my life!!! And Madonna has been through hell herself, wouldn't be surprised at all that she feels that way sometimes, she's just not going to say it.
