sir may tanong po ako about sa reverse curves. About sa common radius, wala po kasi akong mahanap na examples. Question: Equal po ba yung common radius for both curves? example: Common Radius = 300. is R1=R2=150. OR R1=R2=300? OR hindi po magkaequal si R1 at R2. medyo nalilituhan kasi ako sa common radius
May iba't ibang condition po ang reverse curve:
1. Parallel Tangents with Equal Radii
2. Parallel Tangents with Unequal Radii
3. Converging Tangents with Equal Radii
4. Converging Tangents with Unequal Radii
Yung problem po na ito ay nasa type 2.
Kapag sinabing Commong Radius, meaning parallel sila sa isat isa at magkadugtong yung R1 and R2. Sasabihin naman sa problem if equal ang R1 and R2. Sa problem na ito, obvious na Unequal ang Radii kasi pinapahanap ang R2 at ang R1 is 175m. :)

The intermediate tangent is the tangents from 1st and 2nd curve connected and parallel to each other. Mathematically, that is, T1 + T2.

Yes pwede naman. Same pa rin naman ang lalabas na sagot. Nakabaliktad nga lang yung drawing mo nun.

Hi. Ang turo dito sa school namin, South usually. Kapag hindi rin sinabi sa problem, South pa rin.
