      If they truly believe that they are not the person or entity referenced on all the paperwork in all caps then they wouldn't show up but deep down they realize that if they actually tried to put that flimsy belief into action they would just get arrested and brought in anyway then they have to deal with being in jail so merely by showing up they are admitting to being the person on the paperwork

    Like that judge! I just saw him in DWI case with an entitled defendant. She thought her “disabilities” and poor physical condition entitled her to no jail time- Nope! This judge just calmly explained why she was going to jail… He’s pragmatic and very competent.

    When asked about his " Supreme Court Motion "... you KNOW he didn't understand/Comprehend the question. He obviously pulled up the script written by El Bey's Leaders Supreme Legal expert to read his homework. Of course we all know... He has NO idea what those words mean. The Judge should ask him to read it over again.
    You know the rest of the defendants in Zoom Court were glad El Bey had to go first... for Entertainment value

    Mike, To get your black Fez to stay on just sit on a chair then hold the Fez into position then get Deborah Davis to bash it on using a very thick and heavy law book until it is in position. You might have to wear it permanently.

    The grin on Mr. Classen's face as the defendant reads his motion is classic. Mr. Bey is asking for an interlocutory appeal, an unusual appellate move that is not likely to be granted absent final judgement in the trial court, at which point it would no longer be an interlocutory or medial appeal.
