    They should not buy in Hyd. They should buy a house in their home town at 1/3 price and the stay in rent at hyd. Yearly rent would cost around 2.5-3.25 lakh.

    Things get worse for women. Not only we have to juggle with child care & job, corporate doesn’t appreciate working mothers. 30’s is very hard for both sexes. Corporates buy you. And for 24 hours you have to slog - leaving you no time for family or personal life. And when you are denying client meetings / meetings post office hours they’ll just ask you to resign on performance issues.

    • @Loveandlight428
      @Loveandlight428 17 днів тому +3

      Or you should say, " they will make you resign anyhow." And yes a married woman will definitely go through trouble in corporate. It's no wonder that more than 50 per cent woman have left their corporate jobs in past few years.

Please respect the Mother Nature who has assigned us jobs, as a woman you should be responsible for home welfare and your child wellbeing. Working is never encouraged for woman. Please don't tell for money sake you mommies are working. Compromising your values for the sake of money is no less than a animal. Please resign your jobs and look after your child and aspire you children future. Bye

    I guess work culture in india has to change. Its not the expectation raise as you grow experience wise. Let the person be individual contributor if the person wants. Let the meetings be minimal and fruitful. Change from a mentality of deliver more to the client and set the realistic deadlines and expectations. Manage the time well in office. Transition from people management to technical management. Let hr focus more on employee well being strategies and required trainings needed personal and professional..these are just my thoughts and not blaming anyone anything

I mean there should not independence in companies such as adani group to hire less employers to cut cost and make them work their a.. off, infact government should set numbers of workforce according to revenue of the company to promote work life balance...

    Middle class should invest in properties and sell it off within 18-20 months. The investment should be done with the help of debt (loans). post 18-20 months, you sell it with atleast a 20 lacs profit (after the interest). This is one of the best ways to invest in properties
    Note : You should have a place to stay. Capital appreciation would be more for premium builders.

    If my manager or CEO does that with me, I quickly say "Offcourse I will do it. Matter of fact I have been doing it already. Now that you have brought up this topic, let's discuss on new componsation considering these additional responsibilities".
    Then I enjoy watching them trying to change the topic.
    If you would be a push over in this world, others will fully utilise your vulnerability.
