"The path to the beginning and the path to the end of the corporate world is through side hustle." Realized this last year, working hard actively for my side hustle!
Omg A-1 spot on information, literally spot on💯 took me years to learn this on my own through trial and error, but he's serving it on a silver platter. Take notes!
Your last sentence was so 100% true. I am going through that already. As a result put in my resignation. and looking for a new switch to get plugged. Also investing in my skills and certifications online as many as I can do. For the last 7 years my company coudln't spend even a ruppee on my development, being part of L&D. They have money for parties, lunches and dinners. But not on me. Instead of feeling shameless and sorry, they feel ok for me to resign....although with little shallow attempts to retain.
Harsh truth is regular Donkey usually do not work after 7 pm . Corporate donkey has no life and can be called to work at 3 Am ,on weekends on holidays whether you are at home or even in hospital 😂😂
Hi sir, can you please make videos on accidental hiring? Where manager take interview on that specific technology where he himself don't have subject expertise and instead of hiring job specific talent, person who has other set of skills got hired ...which ultimately create trouble some environment for person who has wrongly get hired in company
The corporates satisfy the ego of person. 1. Employees are proud to display their ID cards and want big names in their resume. 2. Employees talk about 3 years experience and join TWITCH companies. The smaller companies become stepping stones. 3. Employees want onsite opportunities, stock options, work from home, medical care for self and family, ambience, get togethers and all kinds of fun activities. 4. Employees want pay hikes with seemingly no change in the work that is done. Neither in terms of quality or quantity. 5. Employees expect corporates to train them in the name of reskilling. When employees expect so much of safety net and perks, employer for sure will treat them as bonded labour. The returns are poor if the risk is less. Top Executives are paid based on the business they get. The profits are shared by the company and the executives.
Hello sir, it will be very helpful if you can address this following situation. I am a general category candidate, I have done my MBA HR from a tier 3 college and aim to give 2 serious attempts of upsc cse while working. I have researched in depth regarding all the services, have talked to many officers and came to the conclusion that I will be filling only 2 services in my preference IFS & IAS. If I don't get any of these 2 I don't wish to stay in India. I aim to work abroad and pursue a PhD from an Ivy League university. But my close friends and family members are making me feel very guilty and bad, they insist that I should at least fill 6-7 different services in my preference. Now this has confused me a lot. I don't wish to join services like the IRS, IAAS, IPS, IDES etc as it does not match what I actually want from my life. Am I doing something wrong here, please sir I request you to give me your valuable input and guidance.
While I am not from IT, the concept, I think..., is sector agnostic. you explained it well. One thing always bugs me....while i understand, effective communication is not English alone, but does it mean, being open about your ideas and thoughts with your colleagues and boss or something else.
Though I don't mean to be biased, my experience is, I see a lot of flocks from North being more communicative and outspoken in or related to business, while people from South are a bit low on this count
If one does not have a loan emi, just put a case on the company!😂😂😂😂😂 Cheap people are slaves of corporate culture! Instead, of 6months, the standard spewed out on the ordinary people. Let the money be generated by cash flow!😂 It is eternal!😂😂😂 Side hustle is always required!😂😂😂
@@gastro1497 Yes ofcourse. And unlike this crap youtuber who is demotivating energetic aspiring software professional, I am self motivated and voracious for my professional growth. He is simply triggering negative mindset to people and earning his livelyhood. Its not good for Indias growth. We are not like developed countried like Europe or North America and sad part is that if you do not do your job properly, there are 1000s to do that.
One big thing I learned is think yourself as a business and never show loyalty to any job.
You are correct. When employers are not loyal then no question of loyalty from employee.
@@debajyotibhowmik1495 exactly..... Dont let them gaslight you.

Loyalty is weakness and it doesn't work anywhere, be it at your job or relationship. One day everyone will betray you and leave you
Sir you are saving coming generations from double edge swords of corporate mafia.

You survive only if you know someone , and your boss- team works then. If you use your brain then you only end up working.
Teams in the corporate world are mostly cartels, mafia, gangs. If you are part of it, you prosper, survive.
This video was spot-on. You hit the bull's eye. Glad that someone is making aware of the harsh realities of corporate world

Everything is coming with pros and cons, adaptibility is the key here.
